Guest guest
Each nakshatra can be subdivided into nine subdivisions that are ruled by the nine planets in the same order as the vimshottari dasha order (ketu, shukra, surya ... etc) but starting with the first division being ruled by the planetary lord of the nakshatra. These subdivisions are what Krishnamurthy (KP) called nakshatra subdivisions. Think of the vimshottary dasha as a progression of the natal moon through the zodiac at inequal rates so that each third of the zodiac which spans 120 degrees is traversed by the progressing moon in 120 years. HOWEVER, this progression is not a degree a year as some schools have adopted for progressions. The 120 degrees are progressed in 120 years (vimshottary) but the moon progresses through the nine stars at inequal rates, the first 13d20m (800 min) in seven years, the next in twenty years, the next in 6 and so on. If you are interested, during a bhukti, treat the sub-division (the natal and its two resonant segments in the other two thirds of the zodiac) as 'sensitive' zones for transits and particularly if a natal planet occupies those zones. And this is just one aspect of the bhukti that you may not find in books, which I am sure you already have and have studied already. Why bore you with repetition, I thought ... Guest guest
Mr. Praveen Agrawal, Not having heard of or attended that conference and generally being oblivious of much of the research that goes on in India, may I request you to fortify your post by giving some specifics as to the dates, topics and publications that you state you knew or had heard on this topic :-) Thanks ;-) RR vedic astrology , " Praveen Agrawal " <pkumar24 wrote: > > Dear Rohiniranjan, > Good and stimulating stuff.
