I am planning to Immigrate to CANADA , should i apply now and how

long will it take for completing the procedure for Immigration, as

per my charts !

 

I would appreciate your help and really looking forward for your

advise, since i am jobless for last 3 years and I am still out

looking for job with no success. So 3 years gone, by this time I am

using up my financial resources for my basic subsistence..
