Dear Vic,

I might just add to what I said below...

[Regarding the launch of your new website, Vic...how can it not succeed

with the heartfelt blessings of all of us here :-)]

As you know, 10th house shows our actions in this world; our status,

position in life (how we will be known). For you, divine planet Jupiter

in 10th owns both 12th and 3rd bhavas.

His rulership of 12th confirms what you said on your website:

*I took up a monastic life of Hinduism called “brahmcarya” which involves

severe renunciation and celibacy. During this time I became the head of a

temple and “headmaster” (what great title) of a school dedicated to

teaching Sanskrit literature. Jupiter (Religion) was certainly in my 10th

House (Occupation) in those days!*

His rulership of 3rd confirms connection with music as well as internet

technology (writing, correspondence, computer skills etc). Hence your

launching of new jyotish website during JU-SA-RA-VE.

Venus is lord of 10th and transit Jupiter is passing through nakshatra of

Venus.

Best Wishes,

Mrs. Wendy

Dear Mrs. Wendy,

Thank you for your comments pointing out the auspiciousness or

appropriateness of launching my website, and symbolically my

astrological career when I did.

As James Braha notes, combinations between Jupiter and Saturn are of

high spiritual benefit. Therefore a Jupiter Saturn period is very good

to my mind.

I had two additional thoughts in my mind. Firstly, without being

overly flattering, I consider you to be a kind mother of my astrology

and a primary guru. Therefore when you, in a personal email, noted to

me that the current time was an appropriate one to start a

professional career of astrology, quite frankly that was the only

" auspicious indication " required for my mind. Guru might be Jupiter,

but first and foremost Guru is Guru.

Also, as far as muhurtas, gocharas, etc. I am pretty obsessively

devoted to the Moon, and pretty simplistic about that devotion. Since

the moon was waxing almost near full - that is all the auspiciousness

I required. On the blessings of a bright moon, one can do anything. I

know this is simplistic, but this is my emotional feeling towards her.

Also, frankly, I do things without forethought. =) For better and for

worse.

Also, engineering destiny is interesting, but really - we must admit

it's limitations. I see people putting their suitcases on their front

porch 8 days before they actually leave on a trip to tell the moon

that their journey actually " started " on a purnima!?!?!? To me that is

just silly. I am not one for ritual but for essence. What will be

interesting to be is the muhurta in which I receive notice of my first

paying client. And even that, I will not obsess over if I have the

blessings of Sri Radha through the Moon and of Guru and Shani through

both Jupiter and Saturn and through my preceptors.

Yours,

Vic

Dear Vic,

Yes indeed! I will comment on the " start chart " you later put forward as

soon as time allows. Unfortunately I find myself running a bit behind

today with all the things I have to attend to off-list, but will get to

it as soon as I can :-)

//Also, frankly, I do things without forethought. =) For better and for

I also don't plan things ahead...knowing full-well that the cosmos needs

no manipulating from me. Now I must be away from the computer for awhile

and get busy with my household tasks...then it's (grocery)

shopping-day...a busy day ahead for me!

Best Wishes,

Mrs. Wendy
