Even if they have good savings, they always feel insecure financially or in other words never happy with what they have. They end up as workaholics so as to earn more money; follow quite strict routine when it comes to expenditure.They have this feeling that their expenditure is always on the rise; infact that is the same with everyone. Problem here is that these people are too self-oriented. Their illusions create the dampening and expansive effect that you have mentioned. Two capricorns I know are quite rich.Perhaps, Taurians fit into that profile of thrifty spenders. My rasi sign is also Capricorn ..so you may think it might be about myself that I wrote.. But I didn't, my personal encounter with few capricorns made me write this and your query was also based on money..It didn't even cross my mind that you may be a capricorn..Please don't take it personally..I clearly understand the influence of planetary placement makes a huge difference and that you are a very nice person from the way you gave me the reply.. I blame my ignorance for that. I still have to learn that my frank utterances hurt people and have to carefully choose my words since this is a public forum. I am sorry for creating confusion here. Therefore houses 5 and 10 suffer, as does House 2, where Venus lives. Next I notice that the Sun is not happy in Saturn's Aquarius (2nd House). They are natural enemies, that this is made even worse in the specific horoscope at hand. Mercury is neutrally situated in Aquarius, 2nd house, but s/he is very bright - being a nice distance away from the sun. I noticed these things first just because that's where my eye was drawn for some reason. Technically the first thing I should notice is Lagnesh Saturn in the 10th House. Let's discuss this. - Everyone talks about Saturn in 10th meaning occupational success. - Further this is a Capricorn's 10th, so Saturn is exalted. And at 16º the exaltation is quite strong. - There is a strong relationship between Saturn and bhaveshvar Venus (parivartana - house exchange) - Nonetheless, the Venus is in a precarious situation being combust. OK, let's put these together... Here's my interpretations for this person: Occupation and " salary " is VERY important to this person. He will be very well known for his work. He is intelligent about how to earn wealth, but I'm not sure that the wealth always comes easily. I think he is not as wealthy as his professional status would normally confer. Additionally, Rahu in the 12th in Sagittarius... hmm... i will say he has unexpected or uneven expenditures. I would say he sometimes gives large donations to worthy causes, perhaps to religious charities. Mars is svakshetri in 11th house... so he enjoys a lot of lively friends and pleasures. Perhaps he also takes great pleasure in sports or hunting / marital arts / military. Jupiter in 5th - pious children, but perhaps not as fortunate as he, since Jupiter is the 12th bhavesh Moon and Venus are, in my quick estimate, his weaknesses. Both are feminine, both are Kapha. He should probably eat more sweet foods and try to appreciate flowers, music and femininity more. His mind is always troubled by enemies, he may contract a mental disease or affliction. His thought process is prone to " OCD " (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). OK, now tell me the details. How did I do, Prashant?
