Let us talk about genes!

While the male female brawl continues, or not (wisdom-101 prevails!) -

- traditionalism (in not one but many religions which are in a sense

time-capsules that record the history of different cultures in a

sense...), this time it happens at the very time when I am studying a

very interesting book with the title: Cosmos and Psyche written by

Richard Taranas (ISBN: 978-0-452-28859-1) [highly recommended for

those who like books) -- it is interesting that some if not a lot of

astrology and karma has also been connected to genes and family karma

and so on, and heritage of course!

 

In May, when a large segment of global society celebrates and

dedicates a day to Mother (and Grandmothers and all those lady

teachers that we were blessed to have and learn from ...) it is not

untimely that this posting came about. For certain personal reasons,

the Mother's Day next month would be very personally significant to

me and perhaps to others too. My thoughts keep returning to mother

and Mother, at this time. And the thought that comes to mind is that

even if we consider just the genes that we receive, science has

confirmed that we get one set of genes from our father, but we get

TWO sets of genes from our mother!

 

I am not surprised at this Natural Order of Things!
