Dear Sir

I am re-writing my problem, not because I am inpatient as I think you are wonderful in doing this free for us and we should give you time as you are giving us yours. But because I made a mistake in leaving out my details and sending them in a separate mail. So not sure if you were able to do it or not. So here goes my details are.

Born in Bangor North Wales. in the UK

Date 30 - 7 - 43

Time 06.15

 

My problem is: A fast talking sales person lead me to believing I purchased a service at a particular price over the phone. When the paper work came in I found it was double the price which I would never have agreed to.

Bank can't help me in stopping payment going out from my card each month or the lump sum that has already been taken.
