Raj-Yoga, Practical

Here is a practical example to illustrate my previous question:

Asc = 10. Cap

Mercury is lord of VI and IX

Venus is lord of X and V

They are Conjunct in VIII... separated by 23º and the restrictive Ketu.

On one hand I see a strong Raj-Yoga... Mercury rules the trine IX and

Venus rules the Quad X. On the other hand I see that this yoga is

spoled by Mercury also being lord of VI (right?), and being conjunct

by a bad guy, Ketu.

So, what do you say? Is this a Strong Raj-Yoga, an Average Raj-Yoga, a

Week Raj-Yoga, or not even a Raj-yoga at all?

Furthermore, both Mercury and Venus simultaneously aspect II. Does

this direct raj-yoga energy (if any) there as well?

THANK YOU!
