Astrology on other Worlds

Hello Everyone,

 

The discussion on the importance, or lack thereof, of the planets out

past Saturn has inspired a question... I personally believe that these

outermost planets do not have a tangible impact on human karma because

they are not visible to human beings. But what if you were born on a

planet circling, say, Alpha Centuri. In that case I believe the " Moon "

of " Earth " would have no impact on you whatsoever.

 

Would you speculate that human-like beings on other planets may have

developed their own jyotish with their own grahas?
