JV,

ur questions r too basic, pl try to read some works of Dr, K S CHARAK Essentials

of vedic astrology, B V RAMAN's Hindu predictive astrology and V A K Ayer's

Everyday astrology, will help u

NOW

MOON sign is used in cases when we r not sure of birth time. its strength factor

is 50% of what Lagna indicates even normally if we choose betwen Lagna and moon

whichever is stronger the other is lesser/

LAGNA is better when u know birth time is right and some fine tuning at times is

done, but Moon sign lasts the whole day.

D9 represengs spouse, partnerships a complimentary chart, and of course if birth

time is right else needs correction.

ambsa [d9] based features are given by Fundamental principles of astrology by M

Ramakrishna Bhatt, published by BLBDG publications

best wishes

[vedic astrology] Lagna, Navamsa, Moon Chart

__

Respected Astrologers,

Namaskar,

I am a learner of jyotish. I would seek your help in understanding the

following:

While analysing a chart, we have a Lagna Chart, a Moon Chart and then a

NavamsaChart, which people generally refer.

My question is that while analysing a chart how much importance should be given

to Lagna chart, Moon Chart and D9 and what all should be deciphered from it. I

shall be grateful, if astrologers can show the % of importance of each chart in

overall reading .

Regards,

JV

*Om maha-ganapataye namah*

Daar JV,

Lagna Chart is Sanchit of Native, Moon chart is Body,

society and his interaction with society on the level of mind and Navamsa

is Karma resuts that are going to manefest in this life as per his prabdha.

However For interpretation There are three Module.

1. Lagna Chart is fundamental summation of all possibilities , Moon gives

potential seed to fructify due to efforts of Karma under influence of

Intellect and Navamsa

says what is going to be activated in events if Proper DasaBhukti and

Transits are coinciding.

2. Study matters with disposition of House , House lord and Karaka to

determine overall outcome.

3 Find obstacles by general study of chart , in matter under consideration ,

Cast prasna or annual chart, Find

common factors and predict or give remedies to overcome obstacles.

Rest if followed alone is General and fun only.

With best wishes.

PS If you want serious study of Vedic astrology and have good access to

net large resources are avaiable on net now a days .
