I am convinced that what matters is when a child comes to be in contact with the air, the elements outside its mothers womb, which will colour his or her complexion, etc... but I can be wrong... best wishes, Rui. Hence, I guess there should be no doubts on caesarean births as only the mode in which the baby comes out is different. One should really ask himself or herself whether any body really wants to fix time for one's own end i.e. choosing better muhurtha. No body does that. Why? You have no choice. (Of course the elevated Souls, did choose the best available muhurtha for that purpose i.e. for attaining Samadhi. Generally, they choose the periods connected to the 5th Lord or the 9th lord of their charts. The Sun would be in Uttrayana. Moon is in the course of Sukla Paksha. ) I am talking of the ordinary mortals. There are unnatural ends that are termed as " suicides " . They may think before taking that step I chosen my end and got solution for the problems and sufferings. Still it is reflected in their charts i.e. the mode of death. The dashas and the transits clearly show that. Neither a doctor nor an astrologer does that. The money minded astrologers do all this kind of gimmicks. Absolutely you have no choice in certain areas of life viz taking birth to a particular parent; the gender; the order of your birth to a particular parent; in a particular country and the time of birth. Because, such an exercise only proves who is a better astrologer. Is that what you want to find out? I guess not. Next, what you seem to be saying is - someone arrived at the best timing for birth given the range of 4-6 hours and your docter was able to deliver it and that concludes it is possible to engineer the time of birth. If you are saying this, it appears that you missed the essence of discussion on this topic so far. I don't have anything more to add on this topic. For this native, Scorpio rises in nakshatra of Saturn. Note Saturn in 8th house (in nakshatra of lagnesh Mars) aspecting Sun/Mars and Moon (mother). Ketu in lagna also suggests unusual circumstances. From the Lagna, two malefics aspecting the 4th house. The fourth lord goes to 8th house. 2. From the Moon, the 4th lord Jupiter moves to 8th house. The fourth house aspected by malefic Saturn. 3. This analysis holds good from the Karaka Moon, the mother. At the time of birth the child was enjoying the dasha of Venus/Moon/Jupiter. Venus, the 12th lord in 12th. Bukti Lord Moon is aspected by a malefic from the 8th. Now see the chart from the point of view of Muhurtha. No benefics in Kendra. All malefics are in Kendra. The benefic Venus in 12th. Benefics in 6, 8 & 12 are wasted benefics not only from the point of view of natal analysis but also from the point of view of muhurtha, for this kind of activity. Another benefic Mercury is in 11th . (11th house is meant to accommodate a malefic for the purpose of any muhurtha.) The 8th house has the malefic Saturn. He thought that he is deciding the best muhurtha for the child and eventually gave a muhurtha that was pre-destined.
