I prefer to answer here in the List since other learned members of the List can also share their views on this and which may be of help to you. The second house governs speech. If the second house or the second lord has any connection with the 6th Lord or the sixth house (dispute, quarrels and enmity etc.) this tendency is seen in a chart. Benefic influence over this combination reduces the tendency and malefic influence over this makes things bad to worse. Retrograde Mercury or combust Mercury is also a reason often found in those charts belong to the persons that are generally finding fault with others. When Mars takes part in these combinations, aggressiveness also takes place there. My views are of general in nature. Always a chart should be seen in totality. Hope this may of help to some extent.
