My Date Of Birth is 10-04-1962 Time of Birth : 17.30 at Yamuna

Nagar, Haryana.

Till 1977 I was studying at Yamunanagar as my mother was serving

there as teacher, then I was shifted to Baroda where my father were

serving , I was very brilliant child and all my teachers were

impressed but somehow I completed my graduation with breaks in 1986

which should had been completed in 1984.Thereafter I served as

Medical Rep. for about 8-9 months at Baroda (Gujarat),meanwhile my

father got retired and shifted back to native place Yamunanagar. I

also shifted to Yamunanagar by end of 1987.

I being the only child of my parents,however I have a step brother

and sister from my father 2nd marriage but he used to love me alot

and since he was separated with his second wife he was with his

first wife (my mother) till he expired, he was a great father and

great grandfather.

 

Difficulties started wy back in 1989 or 1990 when I started garments

business at Yamunanagar with my father's retirement money and I was

slowly running into the losses, on 31st Jan 1992 I got married to a

well qualified beatifull girl but by end of 1992 I was running into

loss of few lakhs rupees and my parents helpedme out by selling

their properties and earnings.

 

We shifted to Delhi to my in-laws place and by end of 1993 I decided

to shift back to Baroda.Here few years I joined different companies

for jobs,meanwhile my father stated business of survey,mapping and

drawings as he was technical expert in this field, from him I

learned the work of survey and joined him in 1998,by the 2001-2002

financial year our turnover was 48 lakhs. But in the meanwhile to

run my business I started taking private funds on very high rate of

interest and when I found that I was in debt of about 10 lakhs rs. i

asked my friend SK Roy to join me who had reputation to fetch money

in lakhs for the companies by making projects for them. he joined me

in Oct 2002 after demise of my fater in Sep 2002. We came out with

some educational programme and took more loan, shifted my

concentration from my survey work, that was the time when I use to

run literally whole month to arrange more funds on higher rates to

pay the interest of old amount.

 

By march 2004 Mr.SK Roy separated in cordial manner,still at that

time I could not realised he was using me,now last month he has run

from Baroda by fooling many people thanks god I was not involved in

anyof his projects.

 

The problem now is that I have to pay back about RRs 35-40 lakhs to

people, I have stopped paying interests as many of them has taken

interest more than their original amount but now they keep giving me

mantal harrasment so that to get back the original amount, two cases

I am fighting in the court.

 

I have started tution classes this month and I really wants to go

outside India in orderto earn extra and return my debts and live

peacefully thereafter. Is It Possible ? I was confident till last

month that I can repay but confused now.

 

If not I is It possible that my wife who is qualified teacher can

get job in some foreign country? Her Name is Sarita Sharma DATE OF

BIRTH 06-03-1967 TIME OF BIRTH : 11.30pm PLACE OF BIRTH : DELHI.

 

I have two sons Eshaan and Kunal

DATE OF BIRTH 05-12-1992 PLACE FARIDABAD TIME 07.10 PM

DATE OF BIRTH 05-11-1996 PLACE DELHI TIME 10.15AM and my

mother who is about 80 years still helps me financially with her

pension as do my in laws who had paid for the house at baroda and

still helping my family, I am more concerned about them, i do not

what sins they have done by marrying their daughter to me and still

paying the " Dahej "
