Guest guest
Dear Gaurav, The namakaran or namekeeping as per the nakshatra akshar is completely a matter of personal belief, just as one believes in the other matters and precepts laid down in the shastras, one may choose to believe this or not. There is no way to check or give proof for this. One can only vouch that it works, one who has experienced. And I have experienced that it works. I personally believe in this. Though its too late now to apply. Yet I have done it in my Jyotish profession at age of 45 ( 3 years ) back, when I became professional at the instance of My Guru. People in my other business know me, and in all circles other than Jyotish know me as Krishna kumar Bagri. I have 3 years back kept a new name " Bhaskar " which matches my akshar of nakshatra ( Moola Nakshatra ), and it has certainly been giving me dividends as to name, fame and some money too. Many people have different names for various professions. Like the great palmist " Cheiro " which was not his real name . In my own case my mother told me just a few years back that the Pundit at time of my birth had kept a name of " Bhalchandra " for me, but they wanted some better name for me to becalled, so my cousin suggested the name " Krishna " which is how I came to be known as so, for last 4 decades and still presently, apart from Jyotish. Now for a new born even " Krishna " may sound outdated. For instance I had a client in Hyderabad, who called me 2 years back for naming his new born son. He wanted a name of Vishnu, but as per akshar, and not a old fashioned one. These 2 significators were very difficult to meet, but since I like challenges , I took even one more factor to make it all the more difficult. I told the client out of enthusiasm that I will even make it numerologically very fortunate. Well better said than done. It took me two days to search for a suitable name of Vishnu in all the scriptures i could lay my hand upon, I had to find a name of Vishnu starting with the letter " Sha " which must sound not outdated in todays times, and also be numerologically a good one for future results. Finally I got one from my own little book Vishnusahasranaam. " Shasvataprayemaghnam........... " I choose the name " Shasvat " for the boy, which was the right one as per my study on all counts, 1) To sound good in todays times, and pronouncable too. 2) To match the nakshatra akshar. 3) To total up numerologically right. The parent did not pay me the fees, as his promise is still pending, i dont mind, but the pleasure and satisfaction persists, of the boy been given this name, and all his cousins and relatives who come to me, for readings, appreciate and praise me for this naamkaran. When the boy grows up, and meets me, and acknowledges me, would be my reward, whenever and if it happens. best wishes, Bhaskar. jyotish-vidya , " Alpha_Raven " <gminaray wrote: > > jyotish-vidya , " Alpha_Raven " <gminaray@> wrote: > > Thanks for the information on my 2nd question Mrs Wendy and Mr > Bhaskar. Guest guest
Dear Su, I enjoyed this query, for it racked up every portion of my brains and lubricated it. What you were supposed to use was " Che " . as per your Moon in Aries and Ashwini 2nd pada. Now remember Ashwini 2nd Pada is ruled by whom ? Venus. ( Keep this planet in mind ). What you are using now is the letter " Su " This, as you rightly said belongs to Satabisha 4th pada ( I am really pleased that a person can go so deep in his studies ) Now remember that you are back to Venus, because Satabisha falls in Libra owned by Venus. The 4th pada here denoting " Su " is ruled by Jupiter. And what does Jupiter denote in yuor chart ? The 2nd and the 11th house ? So i dont see any adverse effects by your using " Su " , but feel it would be better on the contrary. You have to forget Rahu and ketu here. Just remember that your name represents the best houses in your Chart. regards, Bhaskar. jyotish-vidya , " vreality_au " <reality_v wrote: > > Dear Bhaskar > I am ashwini 2nd pada, the akshar for which is 'che' but my name > begins with 'su' which is the akshar for shatabhisak 4th pada. Guest guest
Dear Su, You are right. Its Aquarius. Extremelty sorry for the mistake. While writing that word " Libra " my intuituon was asking me to re-check, but we are in so much hurry to do so many things at a time..........and did not listen to that voice, and realise so often, that haste makes all waste. But Jupiter would remain the Lord of that Pada, which denotes the akshar " Su " . I am sorry for the delay in replying you, was searching for some link which gives this table of pada owners . Heres it- http://www.dirah.org/nakshatras.htm You will find table of Nakshtara pada Lords here. In conclusion the name " Su " should suit you suitably and perfectly. ( Try to utter this statement aloud and fast , and see how many times you stumble in pronounciations ). best wishes, Bhaskar. jyotish-vidya , " vreality_au " <reality_v wrote: > > More confusion Bhaskar, I did a search to familiarise myself with > lords of Nakshatra padas and found the foll: > > //Table of nakshatrapada lords: > Mesha Aswini Bharani Krittika > 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 > Ketu Ravi Kuja Guru Sukra Chandra Rahu Sani Ravi// > > // The lord of the first pada of Aswini is Ketu, of the second pada > is Ravi, of the third pada is Kuja nad of the fourth pada is Guru. > These planets belong to the Vishnu varga family.// posted from: > > [from http://webpages.charter.net/rayudu/navamsapada.htm] > > It seems Ash 2nd is ruled by ravi.
