Chandra ashtama dosha ?

Hi,

 

Chandra ashtama period we normally avoid for various reasons, but

today I read of situations under which this dosha does not affect

some individuals:

 

a. If Moon is transiting the 15th, 17th or 19th star from a persons'

natal star.

 

b. If chandra ashtama occurs in the Krishna paksha.

 

c. Those born in Krishna paksha do not seem to be effected by this

dosha.

 

d. Those born with a debilitated Moon in the natal horoscope do not

seem to be effected adversely by the chandra ashtama.

 

The most difficult time is the 4th quarter of the 16th star in ones'

horoscope.

 

Any experiences to share on these points regarding chandraashtama?
