Some interesting supportive points: My name in the group Manasa relates to a snake goddess worshipped in west bengal,India ( I found out this only today!!, perhaps a strange coincidence). My interest in Astrology began only in Rahu Dasha ( Rahu in leo working through Sun in fifth house). My interest in music especially devotional and western music grew during this time. Never before I had interest in these two. After the start of Rahu Dasa I have been away from home.Came to Canada in Rahu/Sat. Saturn in naks.of sun. I got an introduction to the meditation practice in Rahu/jup period and experienced the energy chakras in the transit of jupiter through 5th house. I am very familiar with highs and lows (mood swings); never in the mid-range. Meditation has helped me lots in this. (Jupiter in between rahu and mars) Under the jaimini scheme, I found my chara-atmakaraka to be Rahu which works through natural atmakaraka Sun (chara-putrakaraka). Well, that cautions me about the trouble I will have in begetting a child. Interestingly all planets in my chart are connected to sun and final dispositor in mutual reception sun/jupiter. So when life's lessons well learnt, there will be a positive outcome :-).Hope the karmic debt from the past gets erased in this life. Regards, Manasa.
