question regarding effects of dispositorship

I have question regarding the effects of dispositorship.

 

Currently, Ketu is transiting the sign Leo. Leo is ruled by the Sun,

and Ketu is a natural enemy of the Sun. Sun, ruler of Leo, is the

temporal dispositor of Ketu.

 

Does Ketu, as natural enemy of dispositor Sun, ruin or eclipse

influence of Sun, irrespective of direct connection by aspect? As an

example, would both transit influence and natal influence of Sun suffer

for the duration of Ketu's transit of Leo?
