Manasa,

Well as its names says

Kendra+adithapathya

owning a kendra if a planet owns a Kendra and is a KENDRA it qualifies for a

Kendrapadithya dosha where its results by ownership of that house in ITS

dasa will not be full filed to poteptial

but if placed in a non kendra position say a Trikona or Upachaya it helps as

Trikona position aspects 5th and 9 positions to it.

say Guru owning Meena, Dhanur for Mithuna and Kanya Lagnas its placement in

them is bad for the houses it rules by placement in them itself say Mithuna

Guru in Dhanus may affect marital life, in 10th professional life,

But If placed in Mesha sure helps both of the houses.

for dhanu, Meenar Lagna Guru in own houses as Lagnadhipathi can't cause it

and also helps in a Hamsa Yoga

same for Budha in the opposite houses.

and all this if alone only if in company with anyother planet is not

OPERATIVE.

RAVI, CHANDRA DON'T HAVE KENDRAPADITHYA DOSHA and similarly of ashtama adihi

pathi dosha sfor Dhanur and Makara respectively.

Best wishes
