Dear Aung,

Andha Means Blind: If H.No. 10 is being vitiated due to mutual enmity

of posited planets or debilitated planets than that horoscope would

comprise of blind horoscope. For Example Sun in 10th house and Saturn

in 4th or sun+Saturn in 10th this horoscope called Andha Teva.

It is better if you read " Lal-Kitab " which is in English and Published

by " Sagar Publication " 72, Janpath, Ved Mansion, New Delhi-110001.
