Guest guest
And I have similar question, now saturn is retrograde(i.e Vakri) till september.. So what could be possible fallouts? and specifically is this period not 'the right' for a women to conceive a baby? what wd be the planetary effect on the baby to be born of this phenomena?? Kumar Arumugam <kumar58 wrote: Can someone explain the action of planets when they are retrograde? Also, if a retrograde planet is also debilitated, does the planet gain extra strength? How is the effect of a planet in a retrograde state differ from the effect of a planet in a debilitated state? Ashish Sinha Third Secretary(LT) EoI, Madrid(Spain) 00-34-608008757 Did you know? Guest guest
Dear Kumar, This topic has been discussed (at length) several times here...quite recently, if I'm not mistaken? Just one thing I should mention for now is that motional strength does not alter a planet's dignity...if debilitated (etc) it will remain so. Perhaps we can talk more on this soon when I have a little more time. Guest guest
Dear Friends I also have similar querry like Mr Sinha. Guru will be next transiting in Makara which is its debilitation house. Should the couple planning to have a child should avoid the period when Guru will be in its debility for delivery? Or should one see the Nisheka Lagna savithri --- Ashish Sinha <ifs_ashish wrote: > And I have similar question, now saturn is > retrograde(i.e Vakri) till september.. Guest guest
Dear Wendy jee and Bhashkar jee Ur statement " Destiny decides when a child will be born! " is an universal truth for very phenomena when we see from deterministic point of view. But I think the evolution of Jyotish has been for the mankind to benefit from it without undermining the role played by destiny. Forgive my ignorance , but I have had to struggle with this destiny vs freewill debate within myself on each issue, so pls share ur views about this. Also I read somewhere that the baby conceived after the saturn is 'not retrograde' , it wd be self motivated. ur views pls.. Guest guest
Dear Ashish, you wrote: //Forgive my ignorance , but I have had to struggle with this destiny vs freewill debate within myself on each issue, so pls share ur views about this// I myself had been feeling like this, but not any more. So this thought that I may be of a little help to you. Firstly you need to understand that destiny vs free will debate is a never ending argument. The rule of karma says " whatever is to happen, let it happen " . It doesn't say that u should stop trying. What is more important in life you yourself has to decide? Is it worrying about destiny or living a life? Once you find an answer to this, Life is just so simple. See the bright side of life and keep trying & find happiness in whatever you do. If at any time your desires are running high, realize that it may give you a negative result. With that said, know your limitations and say to yourself " I know my limitations but I am happier person knowing it " . As to me astrology is a science that points to self-realization. Your strength, weakness etc could be sorted out by an astro-analysis by a knowledgeable person. Blessed are those who get a chance to know them well. Regards, Manasa.
