Moving to New department

Dear Shri Umesh Sharmaji,

I wish to move into a new deparTment in my Company. It has not been possible

for last four months. How this can be achieved?

Also some small health poblems have atarted nagging me. What should be done

to get rid of these problems?

Kindly let me know the answers. My birth details are given below.
