Hi List members,

 

Could someone please check out and let me know whether 16 Feb 2008 is

in the month of Magh or Phalgun?

 

I do not have my hindu panchanga with me and there is some kind of

confusion as Jhora gives this as being in the month of Magh whereas , I

think it would be in the month of Phalgun.

 

Could this confusion be due to the difference in Lunar and solar months?

 

If so, could someone please clarify which is the month one has to take

for Muhurat for foundation stone laying?
