Pleae note that 16th february 2008 satuarday is

10th day of Magha month in Hindu calander.

As regarding laying of foundation stone - I would prefer

13Th day of Magha - which is 19Th February 2008 - Tuesday

Very good Nakhchatra which Pushya -

 

I believe in it - but it is up to u or let some one else

say his/her opinion.
