Longevity: Clarifications on Kakshya Hrasa & Vriddhi

Hello,

 

I am a novice and have some doubts on how to rectify the Longevity

Compartments derived from method of 3 pairs:

 

1. Saturn: Does reduction occur, ONLY IF, Sat is aspected/cojoined by

a malefic ?

 

2. Jupiter: Increase, if unafflicted in 1st & 7th (how about 5th and

9th ?)

 

3. BPHS says, if AK is in 7th & 9th, Yoga Vipareeta occurs, but Pt.

Sanjaya Rath writes: AK in 1st 3rd, 7th & 9th causes the same.

 

4. Jaimini: Shloka 2.1.28: Jupiter (in aforementioned places), What

are these places ?
