My Take on this within 12 months from July 2008...Jupiter will be

transiting UL and the dasa would be that of merc/sat or Ketu, both of

which are qualified to give marriage...Also the antardasa of ND

either in Navamsa or Rasi (I forget now..closed the program) aspects

UL and can give marriate

 

Delay in marriage is because of saturn's aspect on seventh lord

(jupiter) and Jupiter being in a marana karaka sthana. Did this

person have a marriage/engagement broken off?

Here we get Virgo lagna Vargottama and 7th lord Jup aspects the 7th. Dasa

running is of benefic lagna lord Mercury. How can a *girl* remain unmarried

upto the age of 35 years in a country like India with such combinations ?

Prima-facie, I don't agree specially if the girl haven't had any intimate

relationship too. See that lagna itself is changing after 5 minutes. Then we

get Libra lagna where all the benefic points have gone and we get a 7th

house with mere 21 points in SAV. This shows a troubled love affair with

bleak prospects of marital happiness.
