Guest guest
Dear Rohit, Surrender yourself to God and have faith in the all pervading almighty. There is a famous sloka in the battlefield of Kurukshetra which Lord Krishna tells Arjuna Krishna promises: ‘Sarva dharmam, parityajya, maamekam sharanam vraja, Aham twaa sarva paapebhyo, moksha yishyaami maa shuchah’ Which means: Resign all duties and take refuge only in Me. Grieve not, for I shall absolve you from all sins! Keep reciting Vishnu Sahasrnamam with extreme devotion and when u get up in the morning look at your hand and recite the following sloka Prabhata shlokam Karagre Vasate Lakshmi Kara Mule Saraswathi Kara Madhye Tu Govindah Prabate Kara Darshanam Sanskrit to English Word Meaning Karagre-on the tip of your fingers; vasate- dwells; Lakshmi- the Goddess of Prosperity, Lakshmi; karamule- on the base of your hands; Saraswathi- the Goddess of Knowledge Saraswathi; karamadhye- in the middle of your hands; tu-whereas; Govindah-the Lord Govindah; prabhate-in the morning; karadarshanam-look at your palm. Translation On the tip of your fingers is Goddess Lakshmi; on the base of your fingers is Goddess Sarasvati; in the middle of your fingers is Lord Govinda. In this manner, look at your palm Brief Explanation This is a Morning Prayer called “karadarshana”. One begins the day with this prayer. ‘kara” means the palm of the hand and it stands for the five karmendriyas, or the organs of action. While looking at the palm, one invokes the Lord in the form of various deities, thus sanctifying all the actions that will be done during the day. By acknowledging the Lord as the giver of the capacity to perform actions and as the giver of the fruits of those actions, one sanctifies the actions. Thus, one prays in the morning to reinforce the attitude that all actions are performed as a service to the Lord. This will have a definite impact in your life however bad the time may be when u give yourself to the source(God) he will definitely take care. Because the play of the game of the world is played in the heartland of Vaikunta why don't we surrender ourselves to Vaikunteswara(Lord Vishnu) regards Girish Rohit Gupta <rohitguptar2008 wrote: Namashkaar Everyone, I thought I should share my problems with you all. Guest guest
Dear Rohit, Vishnu the term is dissolved as " veveshti Vyaapnoti iti Vishnuh. " He is the one and only one who pervades all and nothing ever pervades him. The Greatest Dharma is the one Vishnu, who has neither a beginning nor an end, the Lotus Eyed Supreme Lord of the Universe. The " Cause " of the whole Universe is the Lord Vishnu and all the effects are but expressions of the " Cause " Lord Vishnu. VISHNU SAHASTRANAMAM the ultimate guide for the seeker. VISHNU SAHASTRANAMAM was composed by Sri Veda Vyaasa. We find this great chant in the last chapter of Mahabharata where in Prince Yudhistra asks Bheeshma pitaamaha, when the mighty grandsire of the Kuru Vansha lay in the battlefield unconquered and awaiting the sacred hour for the departure unto the Lotus feet of the Lotus eyed Lord. Yudhisthira listens to the secrets of DHARMA and KARMA with utmost devotion and attention and then puts the six questions to Pitaamaha. Pitaamaha answers them and proceeds to recite the One Thousand names Of the Nameless, Lord Maha Vishnu. Basically Vishnu Sahasranamam is a tribute to Lord Vishnu(thousand names of Lord Vishnu) by Bheesma pitamaha. I will send u the Vishnu Sahasranamam stotram and if possible try to get a cassette of Vishnu Sahaasranamam by M.S Subbalakshmi and try reciting along with the cassetet. regards Girish Rohit Gupta <rohitguptar2008 wrote: Thank you Girish ji, This is very movitating and I will definately perform this as told by you.
