Could you please let me know what is the implication of Mars and Venus

conjunction who also gets the aspect of Saturn . The Mars and Venus posited in

9th Place from Lagna.

Lagna is Pisces.

 

Pls also tell me here which one we have to consider as Lagna for prediction

purpose.

 

Bcoz, I read somewhere...the strongest place of Sun,Moon has to be treated as

lagna

when origina Lagna is weak. Can you throw more light on this.
