Marrying another caste member

Dear Scholars,

 

I have rahu in my 7th and it's said such people marry out of caste. I

am actually involved with someone from another caste, and she's also

from North, whereas I am a South Indian. Could this turn into

something bigger in the future, considering my rahu in 7th?

Previously, I thought rahu in 7th meant late marriage, but many people

say otherwise, and that it indicates out of caste marriage.

 

Could the experts throw some light on this, especially with respect to

my situation?
