sleep? My 12th is rather crowded with Saturn, Venus, Mars and Moon I

think. I was born in Singapore on 17th April 1972 at 10:49 am Singapore

time.

dear mr.hari,

i have been suffering from the same from 20 years.

i can give you few tips.

have your dinner atleast before two hours before you

go to bed.

have your dinner light and absolutely no masalas and

non-veg.better you have a bland food for dinner.

have rice instead of tiffin items.

avoid coffee/tea after 2p.m.

read swami sivanandas(sivananda.org) article on

brahmacharya.

take a luke warm cup of milk with one spoon of honey

before going to bed.

make sure your bed room is not too cold or not too

hot.

on the bed close your eyes and mentally imagine you

are speaking to somebody in a language you do not

know.mind gets confused and will fall in sleep.

try to read a very boring book.

 

i have more tips but it is more than enough if you

follow just some of the above.
