Question about Marana Karaka Sthana

Looking for guidance in the interpretation of Marana Karaka Sthana:-

From what I understand, a planet in MKS causes the houses that it owns

to get affected severely. However, what would happen if the planet is

in MKS it its own (or exaltation) sign?

For example, if Rahu is in Aquarius (own-house+exaltation sign) which

happens to be the 9th house (MKS for Rahu) for a native, how would one

intreprete it?

Would one conclude that the dharma of the native gets destroyed

completely due to Rahu's ownership, or do the expected results get

modified on account of ownership+exaltation (and possibly other

beneficial aspects)?
