is it possible to deside exact time of birth .

example:- today from 12 pm to 2 pm one lagna only, if a person will

born at 12:30 or 1:30, what will be the changes, some people says dasha

periods are changing and navmansha is changing, when chart will be same

no planet is moving on degrees also(not going in another sign)fixed in,

in that condition how we can fix the birth time?

 

pls give light on this. and if navmansha changed what effect will come

in life?
