Guest guest
||Jai Ramakrishna|| Dear Learned Members, Thus ended the Cricket World Cup 2007, with a glorious victory of the world champion Australia & also with a controversial method, which is now widely followed, known as the Duckworth-Louis Method (D/L method in short). A lot of peculiar events that happened in this world cup, which not only irritated many cricket lovers, but also people have started losing interest. 1)A long schedule for Cricket matches--League matches, super eight, semi-finals & then final. It seemed to be never ending schedule. 2)An Aussies dominated world cup. Again, it turned out to be an aussie dominated world cup. Be it with South Africa or with any other country- they showed they control the cricket, even after they lost few matches to England & Newzealand prior to world cup. 3)Two of the Sub-continental countries chucked out before Super Eight.India & Pakistan made their way out before Super Eight matches. Pakistan had a pathetic defeat from the Irish underdogs, while India lost to the " BENGALIS " .We couldnot see this time an India-Pakistan match, which could have made the world cup more thrilling as it did in past. 4)Underdogs coming under the limelight. Teams like Bangladesh, Ireland etc created history. Bangladesh played really well, provided they have won few more matches, they would have been in Semis. This also changed the traditional thinking that underdogs should not go to semis. 5)Death of Bob Woolmer. This is the biggest ever cricket scandal, where a coach while the tournament is going on. Some said, Pak players have hand in it, as Bob found them interested in betting & selling their matches, others opine its a normal death, still some say few people, who were after Woolmer have killed him. It will remain a mystery who killed Woolmer & how. Probably Woolmer has to take birth again to answer this question. Cricket is an unpredictable game. Still, we astrologers try to predict events about cricket, without having a single knowledge about cricket. I saw a renowned astrologer, doing some post-mortem of events & reason for Bob Woolmer's death in his website. What is the need for post-mortem??It may be a natural death & if its proved that its a natural death, will he then change the " post-mortem report of his reading " ??? Yet few other astrologers kept them busy in doing some prasna reading in this forum & other Jyotish forum. Some getting good results, some with their too much technicals arriving at such predictions, when it happens just the opposite!! Yes,it is. Someone in this forum said that Sri Lanka will win the World Cup final as per his Prasna reading, when Australia had a victorious win. But no apologies from his side, which I expected at least. To speak the truth, as per the data of Saurav Ganguly I got in a website, casted his horoscope & predicted that he will be the Man of the Series of the World cup & then a post World Cup Captain. Seeing him playing well in first 2 matches of World Cup matches, I was quite confident. But when India couldnot make way at least to Semis, how could he win???This was a failure, for which I humbly apologise. One or 2 years before, some one posted in this group that Bejan Daruwalla is a bogus that he predicted that India will win a match but India was wiped off in that game. I told him it is not wrong with him. We fail to remember onething. Astrology advises us to use wisely the " Sthaan, Kaal & Patra " ---Place, Time & Subject. We have to keep in mind all these three & apply it in reading charts, be it Prasna or whatever. But never forget to add the intuition as it is the Chief Justice in the Superior Court of Law!!!
