Dear Umesh Sharma,

Thank you sir for your thoughtful reply. I will abide exactly the detailed instructions you gave. Except for one thing. My family doctor told me I need some "meat protein" due to my fatigue/low iron problems which have been plaguing me for years!! Therefore, I doubt that I could stop "all meats" in the near future, but I will sincerely cut back ... and I hardly eat much meat anyways, except for some occasional chicken and fish. This is due to my health problems.

The other advice I will follow, and I will look forward to the results over the next couple of years. Being an eternal optimist, I am hopeful that perhaps some unexpected luck shall come into my life after 2006!!
