11.2ndly, I think your first baby is Female.

111.3rdly, May be you have a habit to go temple regularly.

IV. 4th, Merc. in 12 and Rahu in 9th .

I think these all reasons are the cause of trouble.

Doubts:

1. There is any religious/Educational institute where you live?

2. Was your marriage day Monday Wednesday or FRIDAY?

3. Your both kids are female?

1. I agree with your observations of sun+venus+mercury combination in 12th house and saturn in 8th house and vacant 2nd house giving problem.

2. Yes, as you rightly predicted, my first baby is a female.

3. Yes, I spend most of my time in devotion and religious places.

4. I did not understand the relation between mercury in 12 and rahu in 9th. Kindly explain.

Now clearing your doubts:

1. Yes, there is a temple, a school and also an educational institute near my residence.

2. No, my marriage was performed on Sunday.

3. No, my first child is girl and second child is boy.

Kindly give your further predictions.
