Can anyone suggest me the remedies till the bad phase is over?

Dear Gurujis and Learned members,

 

I got answers from this board a couple of times.

But my biggest worry-my job- My collegues are troubling me a lot- i

always try to patch up with them- but somehow no success. I am asked to

do the work like office boys - despite of they knowing what I should be

doing. Hell lot of politics against me.- pls suggest some remedy-till

the good phase comes(when?).

 

I am totaly misguided and confused about my career/job etc. Also lots

of problems from my husband's family and not getting husband's support.

Please suggest.

I am waiting for a long now for better days ...
