For members attention: My answering mails - Plz read this

Dear friends,

 

I see that few members are unhappy that their mails are not being

answered fast enough. I can understand their unhappiness but am unable

to accept it.

 

Your horoscopes are analyzed personally by me. A human being. Not an

automated computer. I have to cast horoscopoe for each person, then

the Varshphal i.e. the yearly horoscope, study it, then ask questions

to establish the veracity and the malefic/benefic nature of the planet

and then based on your response, suggest remedies. All this takes a

lot of time.

 

As a human being, I fall sick, I have family committments, client

comittments etc. which push my back against the wall.

 

I am committed to answer all and everyone's questions but I request

you to be please patient. Your reminders are welcome, as it can happen

that due to oversight I may not answer someone's question.

 

So, please look at the delays in this light. I am getting a huge

number of mails in my personal mail, which, logically should have been

addressed to the forum.

 

But, I promise to answer everyone's mail.

Yes we understand you are only human and " To err Is Human "

But for those of us that do not know of your practice in choosing

which e-mails to answer are quite frustrated. Especially when we do

send reminders yet we see you answering newer emails and those passed

over keep getting missed.

My first request here was post #707 on 2/22,

I Posted reminder #853 on 2/26

Yet even with reminder, you have still continued to answer new

questions, as well as other reminders of questions posted since my

original post. And it does appear to be repetitive with other

members postings as well. It is also frustrating to be newly

invitied into the group and receive this type of non-responsiveness.

 

No, I am not angry with you or this group, and still awaiting your

response to my original post...But maybe you may consider a little

assistance from some of your college's whom you deem reputable for

this type of work.

Thanks for the kind words.

 

Yes, the method I had adopted in answering the mails has been the

wrong one.

 

I am going to start from #300 and proceed upwards, checking if any

mail is left unanswered.

You are quite welcome!

I must say you definately have quite a task at hand, as i know it can

get quite confusing and mentaly draining as well.

 

Best wishes to you as you work to clear up some of the negative karma

being slung around this group lately. I know this was not your

intentions when this group began!!!

How abt having a database with open fields that Umeshji can just

mark 'Completed' as he moves down from the queries. It will simplify

as he will not have to shift thru each and every mail which might

have a question addresed to him and wud also streamline work for him.

 

The database can have a simple Name, DOB, PLace of Birth, Problem if

any and a Completed box next to it and an Answer Box where Umesh Ji

can type the answer to the query. So anyone who has put in his query

can have it answered by the number and Umeshji can proceed in a

phased manner. Anyone can browse thru it to check the answer to it

and wait for his turn to have his question answered.

 

I think you are doing a wonderful job UmeshJi aand although i am also

learning Astrology so that I can use it with Reiki to send healing to

planets so that they can further help me and i can help others as

best as i can.
