Guest guest
Dear Mr. Tarun, In regular intervals the Smithsonian unit of NASA, UK, Nottingham (just 1.20 Hr drive from here) releases quarry forms and I get from Astrophysics Data System or in some cases from www.astronomynow.com, the required Data's for my research work. You can also get details from 'Landscape Review' periodicals, St. Giles House, 50, Poland St., London WIF 7 AX, any required details on specific enquiries on Astronomy Datas. In the given case under study to trace the Retrograting time of Mars, the following details were available: 10 November 2007 102 Deg 05' 07 " Sidereal Time Greenwitch is 26.83 (23 hrs51' 36 " ) 15 November 2007 102 Deg 26' 50 " 20 November 2007 102 Deg 17' 45 " Expunching Lahari Ayanamsa 23Deg 58' 01 " and 60 Deg for Aeris nd Taurus movement in Nirayana positions, and Gemini it is from the above. Loading the details arrived at into my computer programme I get the details I gave you. Rest were obrained in usual manner. I followed similar analysis of data from the same source for Jupiter movement. I am sure you will be pleased to have these from me. Regards, Pathi A.V.Pathi, care Dr. Sreenivasan, 5, Heath Road, Nettleham, Lincoln Ln2 2ZX U.K.
Guest guest
Dear Pathi ji, This was really a useful information. I would like to ask, what were your experience by using these datas. I mean did u tracked any events or happenings. There are many things which if we track from current Ayanamsa or data, we are unable to find the exactness, but we then take it litely. I tried to explore the site , but have to explore it mroe deeply. Warm Regards, Tarun , venkatachala pathi <pathiav wrote: > > Dear Mr. Tarun, > > In regular intervals the Smithsonian unit of NASA, UK, Nottingham (just 1.20 Hr drive from here) releases quarry forms and I get from Astrophysics Data System or in some cases from www.astronomynow.com, the required Data's for my research work. > > You can also get details from 'Landscape Review' periodicals, St. Giles House, 50, Poland St., London WIF 7 AX, any required details on specific enquiries on Astronomy Datas. > > In the given case under study to trace the Retrograting time of Mars, the following details were available: > 10 November 2007 102 Deg 05' 07 " Sidereal Time Greenwitch is 26.83 (23 hrs51' 36 " ) > 15 November 2007 102 Deg 26' 50 " > 20 November 2007 102 Deg 17' 45 " > > Expunching Lahari Ayanamsa 23Deg 58' 01 " and 60 Deg for Aeris nd Taurus movement in Nirayana positions, and Gemini it is from the above. Guest guest
Dear Mr. Tarun, Smithsonian will not serve other than listed members and that too only against written submission in their form. To become listed member, you should be qualified. First, you should hold British passport or Permanent Residency. I have PR up to 2012. My grand son is a Brit (born here) and enrolled as student scientist in the Research unit. This apart they will serve details through diplomatic channels only. Now-a-days this is also highly restricted. Of course, you have no restriction to visit their expo. Explaining to you on accuracy, I find that, it very nearly agrees with Ralph's Ephemeris. But we have to depend on Ayanamsa's recommended by Indian Astronomers. I take Lahari's, as I had earlier studied in that school in Calcutta (I retired as a top executive in a multi core company 17 years before). I am not confident with Ujjain or Raman's. However, there is about 13 to 47 seconds difference, in general. While on correctness on predictions, I should take refuge in the ability of eminent Doctors curing a disease. A pill recommended to be taken orally is expected to cure the sickness. But, he will not be sure how that patients health is going to respond/react to the recommended assured participation of that pill. However best you are in Astrology (over 47 years for me) in the field, I had not mastered this field. In many occasions I was correct to the date! It also depends on accuracy of data's before you. Of course 60 to 65 % you can reach the point of accuracy. As you know, many points are to be considered, accounted and pulled out of quick memory as you have no much time to reconsider, as you will do in your answer paper in an examination hall. Many eminant authors give different views on a matter. Further, an astrologer should develop a 'tact' in his expressions. That is, even you are to find something unrepresentable, you should know how to express in a 'colored' way to satisfy the client at least temporarily. This is not correct or ethics, while you have no alternative. You are in it so that you do not harm the person mentally to create anxiety. (Of course, if the fate is such to be traced in his kundali he will consult only such a 'qualified' astrologer!) I think I take you too far in the subject. What is your age and how far you are in this Astrology? Pathi
