Guest guest
are familiar with the 12th from the atmakaraka in the navamsa as being indicative of the ishta devata? what is the significance of the ishta devata on a practical matter? from what I gather it is the deity who leads one to liberation from and life and death. can someone expound on that please. furthermore, the palanadevata sounds even more important as I am told it is the diety that sustains oneself in this world and also fulfills the desires of the atma. this is determined by its placement by finding the amatyakaraka in the navamsa and counting six places? am I right? the sign sixth from the amatyakaraka is this devata.? can someone expound on this as well. actually this palanadevata sounds more important since I still happen to be in my body and my atma is still seeking more desires even though to be honest I see myself hanging out with my ishtadevata real soon!! __________ Raja G.
