The chart for the time is: Lagna is Aquarius 20:40 degree Occupied by Rahu, Mars in 5th, Venus in 6th, Saturn and Ketu in 7th, Sun in 8th, Mercury in 9th, Jupiter in 10th, Moon in 12th. I hope you must have gone through the hypothesis which I developed for the match and circulated on the forum. But Sh.K.N.Rao did not approved it as it will encourage speculation. I stoped to work on it. So I did not analysised any match to improve it. The stumbling block were Rahu in Lagna, Jupiter in 10th and aspect of Saturn on Lagna. According to my hypothesis we should consider the 10th house to 3rd house the arc of Lagna, and from 4th to 9th house the arc of 7th. My intension was to know that whether India will win or not. So I took the arc of lagna as India and arc of 7th as Pakistan. If we take Johennesburg, 14:00, Lagna will be Capricorn and picture will be changed. 3rd Lord Jupiter will aspect 3rd house and Moon and Rahu will be in 2nd and Lagna lord Saturn will will be with Ketu in 8th.
