Dear All Namaste

 

This year as well ShreeVatsa Jyotish Vidyalaya Nagpur is

organizing " MahaMahopadhya Balashashtri Hardas Vedic Jyotish

Parishad " on 14/oct/2007. This is second year of the parishad.

 

This time, since it will be in Navaratri, we have decided to carry it

in three phases. First on the 13/oct/2007(2nd day of Navaratri) there

will be Ganapati Archana in the famous Siddha Hanuman Mandir

Laxminagar Nagpur. On 20/oct/2007(9th day of Navratri) NavChandi

Yagna will be conducted in the same temple. The NavChandi Yagna will

be administrated by Acharya Shri Vivekji Phandrikar.

 

 

Tentative Program for Vighnaharta Atharvashirsha Avartan(21times) on

13/oct/2007

 

Time:9.30 AM

Dress: Dhoti & Uparna(Male) Sari & Glass Bangles(Female)

To Carry: Book of Atharvashirsha.

 

Tentative Program for NavChandi Yagna on 20/oct/2007

 

Time:9.30 AM

Dress: Dhoti & Uparna(For Male) Sari & Glass Bangles(For Female)

To Carry: Book of Durga Saptashati

There will be 20 Yagna Kundas and on each kunda 4 couples will

perform the Havan. Before that there will be Saptashati patha 9

times. Mahaprasad will be from 3.00 PM onwards.

Shri Chandrashekharji Sharma has accepted to deliver a lecture

on " Chrakaraks and Timing of Events " .

Launch 1.00 to 2.00 Pm

Second Sesion 2.00 to 3.30 pm(Shri Chandrashekhar Sharma)

Break for Tea

Third Session 4.00 to 6.30 pm(Shri Prabodh Vekhande )

 

Inauguration function will be graced by Shri Madhusudan Chansarkar

Ex.Vice Chancellor of Nagpur University and an eminent scholar of

Valmiki Ramayana, Mrs.Smita Menghal Principal Hadas High School

Nagpur, Shri Gev Awari Ex. MP of Nagpur and an eminent leader of

Maharashtra.
