Dear Sunil ji,

The Vishwa Vijay panchang, the most prestigious panchang around

Delhi and Punjab, mentions Ajaa ekadashi on September 7th.

It also mentions that both 'smaart' and 'vaishnav' should fast on

the same day. 'smaart' are those who go by 'smriti' and 'vaishnav'

are those who have been initiated and have taken the 'mantra'

and 'kanthi'.

Mostly common men like us are 'smaart'. Normally 'smaart' and

the 'Vaishnav' fast on different days.
