Guest guest
Dear Satya ji, I read all 3 mails twice so that i may not miss something. Definately you gave a lot of time for this analysis. Guru in 6th with saturn, gave his speech power too with guru's 9th aspect.(with saturn diluted in it) and one more thing should be there, his enemies even after saying bad to him should come back to him some day asking for solutions. But he will never play with the science and will remain honest in suggesting them. Warm Regards, Tarun
Guest guest
I would like to ask the readers, if Jupiter is retrograde, shall we take the aspect of Jupiter from one house previous as the first house ? I mean in 6th house if Jupiter is retro, then shall we consider it as aspecting 9th, 11th and The Lagna of the Chart ? regards, Bhaskar. , " Tarun " <tarun.virgo wrote: > > Dear Satya ji, > > I read all 3 mails twice so that i may not miss something. > Definately you gave a lot of time for this analysis. > > Guru in 6th with saturn, gave his speech power too with guru's 9th > aspect.(with saturn diluted in it) > > and one more thing should be there, his enemies even after saying bad > to him should come back to him some day asking for solutions. > > But he will never play with the science and will remain honest in > suggesting them. > > Warm Regards, > > Tarun >
Guest guest
Sir i will consider the same house , but if in chalit it is shifting back to previous house . Ofcourse Shlokas are not here to prove. Guest guest
Dear Sri Bhaskar, Sri KN Rao clearly supports this concept; in fact, he encourages us to do so. When the outer planets are retrograde, they literally influence 8 houses and not 4; which means they actually influence a manority of the horoscope. However, some people do not to this view. But I do. Guest guest
Dear Satya ji, It would be a great help if you have his notes which technically elaborate the use of retrogression to previous house. Shlokas are to be decoded but if there is anything that he has decoded for this concept. I will be obliged. Guest guest
Dear Sri Tarun, Sorry I am writing a delayed response on this question of yours. Somehow I missed it. Here is how Sri KN Rao described in his books, to see the influence of Retrograde planets. A planet retrograde in a sign (a) influences all those signs through its position and aspect as it would normally influence when in direct motion, and (b) in addition it also influences from its previous house. For example if Jupiter is retrograde in Meena, it normally influences Meena (by position) and Karakataka, Kanya and Vrischika by aspect. In aiddition, now you need to imagine (or assume) that Jupiter as prenset in Kumbha and hence influences Kumbha, Simha, Mithuna and Thula. These additional four houses are added because of retrograde motion. Thus Jupiter's imaginary position in Kumbha is only for Jupiter's aspect on other houses, but not for other planets to aspect Jupiter. In this example, planets posited in Simha, Mithuna and Thula will not be able aspect Ju (due to its assumed position); however if Mars is in Simha then he will anyway aspect Jupiter in Meena with his 8th aspect. On the other hand if there is another planet, say, Mercury is retrograde in Thula, then he will be aspecting Jupiter in Meena, with his imaginary location Kanya. Thus the outer planets Saturn, Mars and Jupiter will influence a total of 8 houses when in retrograde, and hence will have profound influence on the horoscope; more so, if more than one outer planet is retrograde in a horoscope. Similarly, the inner planets Mercury and Venus will influence four houses when they are retrograde. This concept has always worked well in my analysis. I noted some other well-known astrologers (e.g., Bepin Behari) also supported this concept. I hope I am clear. Best regards, Satya Sai Kolachina , " Tarun " <tarun.virgo wrote: > > Dear Satya ji, > > It would be a great help if you have his notes which technically > elaborate the use of retrogression to previous house. > > Shlokas are to be decoded but if there is anything that he has > decoded for this concept. Guest guest
Dear Satya ji, Thanks for your mail. No problem sir you can reply anytime when your time permits. I need to ask few more questions on it that. ## Did he took Chalit chart in this consideration ? as many takes degree of lagna as start of each house. and cast chalit chart according to it. so the planets lesser than in degree to lagna degree , thus will shift to previous house. I am not so learned but i am not able to grasp the technical point of considering the retrograde planet's impact like wise. I hope you wont mind to share your views on it. Guest guest
Dear Satya ji, This concept of looking at aspects from the previous house for retrograde planets is something new form me. I will keep this aspect in mind while analysing the charts in the future. Thanks for contributing to my learning process. Guest guest
Dear Sri Tarun, In his books, Sri K N Rao rarely used Chalit chart, if at all. Most of the time he used Rasi chart and Navamsa chart. Depending on the context of his paper, he also used the corresponding D-charts, like D- 10, D-12, D-16, D-3 etc; but most of the time he used Rasi and Navamsa charts. I understand what you are trying to convey. But it doesn't appear to me the basis for his use of this concept. As I mentioned, even another astrologer-author Sri Bepin Behari also explained the same concept in his books, exactly the same way. THere he explained the reason in his own style as - when the planet is in retrograde, it is actualy moving backward and hence the previous house actually becomes the house ahead of it, and hence he behaves as if he is in that house. Guest guest
Dear Satya ji, thanks for your mail. i hope to get some logic abt this, yes this is said that planet is appearing to move to previous house but even then we never consider aspects from NEXT house even when Planet is in direct motion. like if the planet is in 7th house and retrograde , Rao saab is also considering aspects from 6th house as it is appearing in previous house. but if the planet is direct in 7th house, then we donot consider it being in 8th house as it is moving to 8th. So just was having a view that why 2 options. But i hope someday if i get a chance to meet KN Rao ji, i will ask him :-) Thanks and Warm Regards, Tarun , " Satya Sai Kolachina " <skolachi wrote: > > Dear Sri Tarun, > > In his books, Sri K N Rao rarely used Chalit chart, if at all. > > Regards, > Satya Sai Kolachina > > , " Tarun " <tarun.virgo@> wrote: > > > > Dear Satya ji, > > > > Thanks for your mail. > > No problem sir you can reply anytime when your time permits. > > > > I need to ask few more questions on it that. > > > > ## Did he took Chalit chart in this consideration ? > > > > as many takes degree of lagna as start of each house. and cast > chalit > > chart according to it. > > > > so the planets lesser than in degree to lagna degree , thus will > > shift to previous house. > > > > I am not so learned but i am not able to grasp the technical point > of > > considering the retrograde planet's impact like wise. > > > > I hope you wont mind to share your views on it. > > > > Warm Regards, > > > > Tarun > > > > > > > > > > > > , " Satya Sai Kolachina " > > <skolachi@> wrote: > > > > > > Dear Sri Tarun, > > > > > > Sorry I am writing a delayed response on this question of yours. > > > Somehow I missed it.
