Dear Prafulla,

Some observations. Kindly correct me wherever wrong

1) Sukra Shani together with Ven exalted so marriage can hold the key to

prosperity, that means after marriage prosperity would have increased and this

is happening in the 2nd from lagna lord, 11th from AL, & MOST IMP in the 9th

from LNL. Omitting few points to keep things brief.

2) Sun Mer in the 7th house will cause yoga to earn out of self efforts.

Bhavartha Ratnakara says that for leo Lagna Sun mer together will cause some

fortune. But Mer is in PapaAmsha (Sin amsha ) so we must check how Mer periods

have gone by in terms of this fortune as described by Bhavartha Ratnakara.

3) The above Sun is in Vichayaaksh-amsha which means u would be born with

great sharp intelligence – this is a definite result and will happen so.

4) If I remember our last interaction a year back on the list on ur chart

it was this Mars ketu which had confused me, now I remember it clearly. Mars

Ketu in 3H of Voice so u would have a semi baritone voice like kinda thick

voice, although Ven is exalted so it would give some sweetness to ur voice. But

when fights are to be done u can fight it out with razor sharpness due to this

marsketu, see this Mars is Utpanansha (productivity will always be there) & Ketu

is in Ugramsh-amsha ( Ugra means Fierce) – this combination would also indicate

an area of free will that u have in ur chart. U are a good astrologer u know

best. There are many things to this combination but I would not touch that here

due to short space

5) Rahu in the 9H many would try to say that’s a bad thing, I feel there

are always 2 things to each combination, this is what I read in a rare book by a

yogi – here the positive thing could be this Rahu is involved in a very good

yoga as it is aspected by trikona and Kendra lord. Incidentally many would say

that u are an atheist or something like that, but this Rahu is in Nrupamsha

(neutral) – so u would have very neutral views on Religion & Gurus, that means

no blind herd mentality to follow and no rejection also. This is what I have

observed of Nrupansha but in this method of using these amshas my teacher is

expert and I have hardly any experience over period of years . But as this

combination is happening in the 12th from AL people would think negative of ur

views and there is one more view which I edit out here as this para has become

big….

6) When Tr Jup reaches this date 12th Oct 2007 pls let me know what happens

in ur life, that is around this period as it will help me in understanding ur

chart

7) Before Nov 22nd I feel a very significant event in ur career would happen

that is some career movement that is if I have understood a method of KNR which

is not so clear from his works maybe due to my low intelligence. When Tr Sat

goes into Nayaamsha (Judgement amsha) on the 11th of Aug 2007 onwards for 2-3

weeks it would be a significant period to watch for any career moves. As per

KNRs rasis dasa it is Cp/Cn/Aq – some event in career is expecting.

8) Chara dasa of K.N.Rao (modified version of a phalita rasi dasa):

Sg MD: 1996-03-07 - 2003-03-08

Sc AD: 1996-03-07 - 1996-10-06

Was this SC period a period of ‘Illusion’ in ur Fortune. (my notes

reference for me D1 ) , lord of Sc Mars goes to Duschikya house.

I wanted to study ur chart for my personal study with ‘Parasareeya Tara Dasa’

but today tomorrow are busy days, will post some thoughts if possible.

[Prafulla] Yes - there was distinct prosperity after marriage. I d it

more to conj of 2/11th lord with lagnesh in 7th bhava; and mutual aspects of

jupiter/venus in navamsa. Yes AL lord is conj 7th lord in 11th from AL.

[Prafulla] well - mercury AD in guru MD was more of speculative losses (very

significant losses). But yes - there was progress in career as well. Merc in

conj ketu in d9 - though in 8th bhava of d9. It occupies Indu lagna as well with

sun. Incidently - natal mercury was transited by ketu as well in mercury AD. and

Mercury is closely aspected by natal ketu from 3rd house as well. So it has its

inherent weakness.

 

Mercury does not have drik bala in 7th as well. But I yet- fail to understand,

if mercury loses directional strength in 7th bhava - why is it hailed for 8th

house placement. Mercury in 8th is definite wealth giver.

 

But look at another contrast - natural significator of education (mercury),

which is 2nd lord (education) as well - if weak / afflicted - should have harmed

my education. I passed my CA as youngest in India - before the age of 20.

 

This mercury AD - I was blessed with daughter as well.

[Prafulla] Yes - educational pursuits were excellent throughout and am

considered quite a sharp professional in my domain. You consider this for sun?

[Prafulla] There is serious confusion in mars - if retro or direct. If i

remember, I did mentioned in our earlier thread. I consider my mars as retro in

3rd house.

 

Yes - I have thick voice.

 

My fighting skills are poor, and even with mars / ketu in 3rd - I am a coward

person for physical fights or personal disputes. I do not mind going to person

and reconciling on any dispute. But until then (in heat of the moment) - yes - I

am a fierce fighter. It is more of momentary (max 30 min) than extended grudges

(for months/years). of course - I am not a saint or holy person to forgive, but

I tend to forget more than forgiving.

 

In lala kitab perspective - mars/ketu in 3rd is considered as " sher ke saman

kutta " - perhaps hinting at fighting / loyalty skills.

[Prafulla] Unlike many - I do not consider 9th rahu as very bad placement. My

experiences on many charts have yet to see it giving very bad results. Even on

spiritual front - I am not a very spiritual person. But do pursue routine

rituals, like most traditional Indian do. people say that - rahu in 9th does not

help in getting good guru. I have no such bad experience as yet. I have been

very close to religious guru, who has most influence in life so far. I have

never doubted her words..rather her word had been final word for me (no

reasoning from me in compliance). Even while living in Middle East - had various

occassions of spending lots of time with spiritual people. At various stages of

life - spent lots of time with yogis and to an extent - I can say that I am

under their protection shield for variety of issues (which I have witnessed at

various odd events). If rahu is bad from spiritual perspective - then why all

these pleasant experiences - why guru krupa? i still wonder at this from jyotish

perspective.

 

BTW My first guru (association since 1980) died in road accident in recent past

(guru- rahu - moon period).

[Prafulla] The dates indicated by you are round the corner. I will update you

for any significant event. Incidently - saturn MD (vimshottri) is also setting

in by that time.

 

Most of career events have been sudden until now (rarely planned !!).

[Prafulla] Well - yes, I had most speculative losses in that period (SC AD). To

an extent - in retrospect, I can say there were few illusive decisions is Sg MD.
