clarify my doubt

i have a question .if a transisits take place ,

for example saturn transisits from karkataka to simha . 7and half years sadhe

sathi will occur for kanya raasi

 

now i want to know wheather a native will be effected by the placement

of sani from the moon raashi or from his lagna . if sadhe sathi occurs if

native have saturn in a good position he will be less effected or not and if

saturn is in exalted position in lagna chart what would be the effects and in

neecha position what will be the effect.
