Dear learned scholars

 

I am pretty sure that ,the respected scholars in you are able to

follow what i am saying.

 

Shri Rath - i can understand clearly your views on amshaka.I have

seen Varahamihira and there are numerous shlokas which support your

view.For example,the dasha of chandra navamshaka and Surya navamshaka

are fatal for mother and father.During those periods when chandra

transits the navamshaka and dwadashamshaka of chandra or surya

fatality fructifies.

 

Thus we have to see the navamshaka and dwadashamshaka Rashis to see

transits.From this it i clear that navamshaka/dwadashamshaka is

relating back to its Rashi.For example if chandra is placed in taurus

dwadshamsha ,we have to look for chandras transit in Taurus Rashi.

 

Thus your view on amshaka is correct.Now i have quoted the shloka

which treates,amshaka and amsha in similar fashion.

 

I have also quoted shlokas where paparkshe and Rashige were clealry

mentioned.

 

Lagna shadvargake shloka cannot be interpreted if we do not followo

the explanation given in dashadhyayi etc.

 

Could you be kind enough to give your views.
