Guest guest
Dear Friends, The Number of Members in this Vibrant Group has now reached to the auspicious figure 768. This heralds a new Chapter in the history of this group,a Chapter of Goodness, divinity and progressiveness. I hope we all try to mantain this, at least till the next week with no provocations around. Talking of numbers I also re-call the Number Triple Six, I shudder to type it. When my own Group Jyotish_Ganga reached this Number (Of members) we had a very harrowing time with a Member who was just not interested in others views, did not know much about astrology but kept arguing unnecessarily, ultimately leading to his Ban, which was the only Ban in the 6 months history of the Forum. Wish the Great Group and the Great members of this Forum, all the best, Yours , Bhaskar.
Guest guest
Namaste Sri Bhaskar The number 666 has been wrongly projected as a number of the beast or the devil. This is part of Church's wrongdoings. It has been stated time and again that Church does not follow Christ but used his name to further their power and control. The number 666 adds to 18=9. 6 is the number of the female (Venus). " 9 " representing Mars is the male factor. When " 1 " that is the truth - or Shiva; expresses itself and appears as Shakti, there is multiplicity (perhaps indicated by three sixes). Action " 8 " Saturn is born then. Think about it. Guest guest
Namaste Shri Bharat ji, Okay i get your point. Which also implies (I agree) that even the Number 13th has been wrongly misunderstood all these centuries. In my experience with numerology which I unconsciously even use before I catch a cab, or stand on a railway counter for buying tickets, I have found that the number 13 if associated with a evil person comes out to bring in evil propensities, while when associated with a good person, onbly good is evolved. Probably what you mentione for Triple 6 also means the same, ie.when associated with a good person no evil would be perpetrated, while when associated with a evil soul, would only bring out eveil. Just like Mantras, or Tantra, when used by good person it is known as White Magic, while if used to bring in others downfall for selfish interests its known as Black Magic. Or a knife can be used both by a Butcher, or a Surgeon, one for killing a living being, another for saving a living being. But whatever may be results, I for one would not risk staying in a Hotel room No.13, nor accept a Lottery ticket if it is numbered Triple 6. regards, Bhaskar. , " Bharat - Hindu Astrology " <astrologyhindu wrote: > > Namaste Sri Bhaskar > > The number 666 has been wrongly projected as a number of the beast or the > devil. Guest guest
Namaste Sri Bhaskar Venus is the spirit of Yagna. It is the ahuti... the spirit of giving or sacrifice. " 666 " was considered a very auspicious symbol before the Church came in. I cannot consider the spirit of yagna, as an inauspicious number. For further studies, you can also look into Chandogya Upanishad Panchagni Principle. I consider 13 as the number of transformation, of questioning age old belief systems. Movies like Friday, the 13th and its nonsense talk about God and Devil, has brought us to believe such things. If you are looking at compound numbers that are inauspicious, then kindly consider 16, 12, and some others for the same. First statement of Isha Upanishad, Everything that is, is pervaded by the Lord. Where is the question of Devil? For me, this concept of two forces is nothing but sheer make belief. Guest guest
Namaste Shri Bharatji, Venus connected to 666 and to the spirit of Sacrifice or giving, which again connected to Yagna,is difficult for me to digest. We do not base assupmtions on Movies. Sir I most humbly say, that I have no energy or inclinations to read Upanishads,if the day to day matters are covered, then its enough for us. Compound Numbers - 16 Yes is definitely inauspicious wherever it is connected, but not to the person born on this date. Same with the Single Number 8. Everything that is,is pervaded by the Lord, but this play made by Him (Maya) has to come with the two aspects +ve and _ve without which the world we see cannot function. This itself is the law of duality. Goodness cannot exist without badness or Day without Night or God without the Devil. One cannot know the meaning of Day if he has not seen the night. Same for emotions like happiness or sadness. God may be there everywhere but we are not Gods, The evil among us reprsesent the Dark Forces or the Devil. If God and goodness was everywhere around, then why would a person be re-born. There would be no re-births because everyone is good. In fact because of the existence of the devil- Dark Forces, do we able to manage ourselves as happy or sad. Just Godliness would only keep us happy forever (Which is Satchidananda or Kaivalya),thus the evil Forces are the nothing but the Manifestations of the Devil ,and thats the reason for the cycle of births we are subject to. Duality in nature has to essentially exist. But Sir, I will now stop myself from writing further and respect your words and agree to them in absence of any proof.Do not wish to argue with You. You are a good man. Kind regards, Bhaskar. , " Bharat - Hindu Astrology " <astrologyhindu wrote: > > Namaste Sri Bhaskar > > Venus is the spirit of Yagna. Guest guest
dear bharat, what you write holds water. very interestingly, i was just saying the same thing to one of christian colleagues just 48 hours ago. Of course, 666 can mean too much of venus and it can lead to wild orgies and too much of sexual life but it can also mean fulfillment of artistic creativity in one self. To this my friend replied, the first temptation of jesus christ was in the form of sexual inducment. On the other hand, 13 is a slow number, as are 4 or 8. It takes a long time for a person with these numbers to be recognized but once he is recognized, he goes a long way,. May be we can discuss vedic principles of numbers in a systematic way. regards, Kishore patnaik
Guest guest
Namaste Sri Bhaskar Kindly read responses in blue: Namaste Shri Bharatji, > > Venus connected to 666 and to the spirit of > Sacrifice or giving, which again connected to > Yagna,is difficult for me to digest. > No worries, take your time in digesting it. It took me a while to digest it too. > Compound Numbers - 16 Yes is definitely inauspicious > wherever it is connected, but not to the person born > on this date. Same with the Single Number 8. > Surely, we cannot generalize 16 as bad date for everyone. There is a lot more to it. Single number 4 and 8 do have their own set of problems. Usually for these numbers everything important in life happens on these dates or dates adding to these single numbers. Everything that is,is pervaded by the Lord, but > this play made by Him (Maya) has to come with > the two aspects +ve and _ve without which the > world we see cannot function. This itself is the > law of duality. Goodness cannot exist without > badness or Day without Night or God without > the Devil. One cannot know the meaning of > Day if he has not seen the night. Same for > emotions like happiness or sadness. > Very correctly stated. And that is why it is an imagined +ve and -ve. For Lord is beyond the two and all is nothing but the Lord. What I stated earlier is - there is no Devil which is another " Reality " opposed to the Lord, as is made out by the Churchanians. In Vedas, the dwandhas are treated as the nature of the vikshepa shakti of Maya. In plain English, it means the dwandhas exist since we compare the degrees. God may be there everywhere but we are not > Gods, The evil among us reprsesent the > Dark Forces or the Devil. If God and goodness > was everywhere around, then why would a person > be re-born. > Good Question. The reply is - Everything exists in the Supreme Lord but one is unaware of it. Our culture is such that it is based on one principle - " Tat Twam Asi " . It is a universal principle. It means " That thou Art " meaning YOU ARE THAT. It means that whatever you are seeking to become is already you. A little explanation will help us understand this. A man surely wants two things in life - Securities (Artha) and Pleasure (Kama). This feelings are there because one feels insecure and unpleasant. In other words " I lack security " and " I lack pleasures " . To gain securities one has to study and work hard but a person always found lacking. Moreover a person wants to have pleasures. For this he needs to spend his securities. Therefore, your efforts towards securities bring a loss in pleasures and your efforts towards pleasures bring a loss in securities. Therefore, you are always found lacking. What is the way out of this vicious circle? Our wise men never did say that you leave pleasures and Securities because they identified these as goals. But they also were wise enough to know that these were not goals in themselves because they did not satisfy you. Please think, do you want money for money's sake or for your own sake? It is for your own sake that you want pleasures and securities. Even when you sacrifice these for some other person then it for your own sake that you are following Dharma (the third human pursuit). So all three pursuits are pursuits for oneself. Only to remove the feeling that " I lack " . Our saints and sages recognized that the problem was not in lacking securities or pleasure but the problem was in this wrong notion that " I lack " . I ask you a question - How much happiness do you want in life? Your answer cannot be anything less than infinite. It is your desire to have infinite happiness but the efforts are only put to pursue finite objects. Finite + Finite is not equal to Infinite. Only in being infinity that one gains infinite happiness. That infinite is you. So what you pursue is you. This is the meaning of the statement TAT TWAM ASI. Now, your question is - How can you say that I am Infinite? You give your logic - When I am in office I am not at home. Infact, when I am in chair I am not on the table. So I am a limited being. Your statement is incorrect. This is your reply. I can also see this logic and still I say that you are Anantam (Infinite). Please read carefully: Anything natural is not a matter for complaint. When your eyes see perfectly, do you complain to an eye specialist? No, you do not. You only complain when your eyes do not see properly, say, when a dust particle goes in your eye. Because vision is natural to eyes so there is no complaint in case it is perfect vision. You only complain in case of unnatural things. Similarly, you view yourself. You complain that you lack. It means this notion that I lack is some foreign notion to You. " I lack " is limitedness. So limitlessness is your nature. Similarly, can you stand ignorance? No. you cannot so you natural state is Knowledge. That is why our spiritual scientists say that you are Sat (existence), Chit (Knowledge) and Ananda (limitlessness). This is your true state. Such a person who recognize this within is called a God -Realized person. Because whom we call as God is nothing but All knowing (Gnanam), All Existence (Sat) and All Pervading (Anandam). Hence, it is only Indian culture which recognizes correctly the true nature of one as the very God. There would be no re-births because > everyone is good. In fact because of the > existence of the devil- Dark Forces, do we > able to manage ourselves as happy or sad. > Just Godliness would only keep us happy forever > (Which is Satchidananda or Kaivalya),thus > the evil Forces are the nothing but the > Manifestations of the Devil ,and thats > the reason for the cycle of births we are > subject to. > Life means no death. Then how can there be death to life. It is like saying sunlight is dark. There cannot be death to something whose very definition is no death. There is a continuation through different bodies to realize Godliness until we realize it. Devil isn't needed here and it is Churchian stuffing in our minds. Duality in nature has to essentially exist. > In nature Yes, but, one remains unaffected by it since one recognizes its falseness. But Sir, I will now stop myself from > writing further and respect your > words and agree to them in absence of > any proof.Do not wish to argue with You. > You are a good man. > In collective learning, there are discussions and not arguments. It is not important that one wins and argument or the other. It is most important that knowledge wins the argument and ignorance loses. That is why we have a beautiful Vedic Chant - Om Sahana Vavatu..... To my Guru, I asked one thousand questions and he demolished most of them by showing an error in my thinking. Always the knowledge won. So ask your heart out without worrying how I will feel. Moreover, when I reply you should also take it with the same spirit. That will be the joy of learning for all of us. Really a long post and sorry for it. Guest guest
Namaste Sri Kishore Too much of Venus would give art and not wild orgies. Too much of Venus will give huge consistency and purpose of action. Venus can convert sex into an art too. It is when Venus is afflicted that orgies, and modifications to baser instincts start. Rahu and Mars are the grahas to look out for. This is my thinking, I can be wrong too. 13 though adds to 4 has the energy of Sun and Jupiter. It does go a long way after suffering for striving for useless imaginations and false goals using short cut methods. Jupiter, then, makes a person understand dharma in a tough fashion. After which, the person rises. I really hope we can discuss the numbers too. Each time we do learn a " pond " , another un-learnt ocean shows its face. My ignorance seems to expand each day and my knowledge is shrinking, though I am learning everyday. Guest guest
Sir, That was a beautiful, honest and from the heart post by Your goodself. It is always a joy to discuss with you, but fear of myself only and my utterances that I do not wish to carry long. Do not wish to loose any good people and their company. You have stated the essence of what should be,in these discussions, with Your Golden words, " It is most important that knowledge wins the argument and ignorance loses. Guest guest
Dear Bhaskar, If, as I think, by 768 being an auspicious number you are referring to the Muslim auspicious number, I think it is 786 and not 768. Guest guest
Dear Chandrasekharji, yes its 786 . You are absolutely right. and not 768. You are the only one who is talking positively uptil now (Is it ? Or pointing out errors made by someone is negative ? I leave it to you to decide )rest of the people are talking only about triple 6 and 13 number. but You are the only one who has pointed out my mistake. Now this is to be considered as positive or negative contribution I do not know. If contribution means pointing out mistakes of other members then its fine. if contribution means adding to what others have written without worry of committing mistakes or seen by others, I would consider that as real contribution. regards, Bhaskar. , Chandrashekhar <chandrashekhar46 wrote: > > Dear Bhaskar, > > If, as I think, by 768 being an auspicious number you are referring to > the Muslim auspicious number, I think it is 786 and not 768. > > Chandrashekhar. > > Bharat - Hindu Astrology wrote: > > > > Namaste Sri Bhaskar > > > > The number 666 has been wrongly projected as a number of the beast or the > > devil. Guest guest
dear bhaskar this number is considered very auspicious among muslims. it is also referred to as paighambar ka number. it totals to the compound number 21 which suggests success, karmic rewards finally, after all the struggles or obstacles in one's life. here one must remember that there are certain numbers which do not bestow any success or honour even after much hard work, struggles, etc in a person's life. there was a mention about the number 16 too. 14, 16 are numbers associated with some accident and injury during one's lifetime. i used to be so involved with the numbers as early as 15 years of age. but no more now. personally i find the hindu astrology far more superior to this system. thanks to you and all others for the thread. it brought back memories of another day when i would be surrounded by so many students who would flock to hear about their birthdate during lunch breaks! many kept in touch for a very long time due to this. mahalakshmi Here’s a new way to find what you're looking for - Answers
Guest guest
Dear Mahalakshmiji, My own Number is 1, and I find the Number 4 appearing most frequently in many matters of my like small and big, as the number 4 has affinity with the number 1. Numerology what is been done today is not we are interested in. But Numerology connected to astrology is a perfect science ,one learns as one goes deeper and deeper. Check up the Nakshatras of all the Planets. For example Ketu . Ashwini ,Magha and Ketu all total to 1 individually (1,10,19) and Ketu is the first MahaDasha we take in Vimsottari system.Or take Saturns Nakshatras, Pushya, Anuradha and U.Bhadra. These total to 8 individually (8,17 and 26). And Saturn is the 8th MD in the Vim.system. When we combine 2,7,and 11 as per results of any Planet and Dasha, we get the combination of a perfect Marriage. Or 4,6,10 disruptions in Marriage. Or 6,8,12 divorce of the marriage. hen we combine 2,5,11 it shows Good Money made from Shares. Or 5,2,11 means a love marriage too, or it means a child birth too or addition in the family. (The answer would depend on the query). So Numerology is essentially a part of astrology, which we are unconsciously into. I too used to do this in my childhood and left numerology long ago, but nowadays I find a lots of Numerology coming back in a more mature display through the daily chart readings and the play of the powerful Nakshatras within. It makes one think that Numerology is an intrinsic part and cannot just be brushed aside without a respectful Stay on. Guest guest
Dear Shashie Bhai, Ram Ram. You are a good and kind soul. But because we are thinking good the world does not become good. because we are thinking wise, the world does not become wise, If I do not keep enemity inside , no one will become my enemy. This is all bakwaas (Nonsensical talks). Because I love Raveena Tandon or Katreena Kaif even she would love me this is all bakwaas. This is good for religious sermons or preaching, but not practical living. Evil would remain evil whether I am good or not. Dirty person would remain dirty whether I remain clean or not. A foolish person would not become an astrologer just because I am not. and because I am a astrologer does not mean every one I meet would become an astrologer. These sermons are good just to view the whole world as good. And see the positiveness in each and his actions. These sermons are good for a Yogi or a detached person. Not for one living in this world. We have to be strict with our enemies and those who create trouble. That is why the Courts and Judges are made. Just because the courts and Judges dispense justice does not mean that all criminals are good. I mean to say that lets get into the world when we are living into it and treat the rascals as rascals and the saints as saints. No use quoting Sanskrit shlokas and trying to mis-lead the masses and the members involved in any arguments. better to hit the enemies at the right place and make them understand rather than to preach to the already good man and try to look good. theres a saying in Hindi which all the indians must be knowing that the Ghosts who understand the language of kicks would not understand the language of religious sermons., so better kick them. (Laatoon ke bhoot baaton se nahin mante). therefore I prefer to be practical like Shahid Bhagatsingh and Subhash Chandra Bose and Vallabh Bhai patel or lala Lajpatrai or Rani Jhansi or Prithviraj Chauhan or Shivaji Maharaaj and not impractical and misguided misplaced religious like Mahatma Gandhi who has already created 3 partitions in this country after his passing away, and we are now ready for another two more partitions and those areas which are not partitioned would still remain with the minorities as Majorities and not vice versa as in the books or paper. If this carries on further without being refrained, then its not long when we would become minorities and the so called minorirites of today, Majorities. The whole North east is gone. Khalistan is on the threshold, Quota system is on the minds of the politicians, Tamil Nadu is already granting 60% reservations to the minorities. This is all because of stupid people in our country from our own families who preach sermons and quote sanskrit sholkas . Where the sword is to be used they use Shlokas , which is the downfall of our country due to such people. I am better off a warrior, instead of looking good in front of my adversaries or third persons.I would rather execute 10 enemies of my country rather than preach. Sorry, but every astrologer should also be a good strong warrior and switch over roles when required.Use the sword when you meet a bad astrologer who fools people, and use the sword when you meet a bad man and use the sword whenever you see injustice,Dont run away, be a one Fathers son, be a Real Mothers son, be true to the milk You have drunk of you mothers chest, be a good son,Father,Brother,Uncle and be a good astrologer or else be ready to be executed. Fight till the last breath when you see injustice or wrong doing in any field and do not worry , if You are right then God is with you. And never use Sanksrit shlokas or Pravachan (Sermons) to hide your cowardice under the guise of these and trying to look good, when you should be using the Sword. Shashie Bhai this above lecture is not for you, but for all of us to remind ourselves of what we should be. Real Sons of this Soil and the Mother whose Blood and milk we are made of.I have always mantained the above till now calling a spade a spade instead of a jade. And treating a enemy like one, instead of trying to cajole him into my side by Pravachans(Sermons).I would rather punish him and make him see sense and then love him once he realises his mistake and repents and not before that. and before punishing too i show lots of compassion and give many chances like Prithviraj Chauhan. But the Mohammed Ghauris have to be exterminated ,they know no other language. No sermons should be wasted on them just to look good or for our image keeping. best wishes, Bhaskar. , Chandrashekhar <chandrashekhar46 wrote: > > Dear Shashie Shekhar, > > Thank you for your kind words. > > Chandrashekhar. > > Shashie Shekhar wrote: > > > > ll HARE RAM ll > > Dear Mr.Chandrashekhar, > > You have very nice and positive approach that is utmost needed.I do > > appreciate you.If our thinking is positive, every thing is auspicious. > > > > God bless > > Shashie Shekhar > > > > > > Chandrashekhar <chandrashekhar46 > > <chandrashekhar46%40.co.uk>> wrote: > > Dear Anna, > > > > You are too kind. > > > > Take care, > > Chandrashekhar > > > > 108ar wrote: > > > > > > Dear Chandrashekhar, > > > Yes, your father did a good job- as far as I know you've always been > > > very positive- patient, well-wisher, never exaggerating problems. Guest guest
Dear Bhaskar Namaste I agree and disagree about what you wrote in your last mail. First what I disagree! Why to unnecessarily be so rude towards Indian Contemporary History? > therefore I prefer to be practical like Shahid Bhagatsingh and > Subhash Chandra Bose and Vallabh Bhai patel or lala Lajpatrai or > Rani Jhansi or Prithviraj Chauhan or Shivaji Maharaaj and not > impractical and misguided misplaced religious like Mahatma Gandhi How can Bhagatsingh be practical who opted early end of his life for his motherland? How can S.C.Bose be a practical person who thought of attacking India with the help Germany and Japan? How can Prithviraj Chauvan be practical when he let Ghauri go many times and ultimatly got executed by Ghauri, who caught him once? How can Mahatma Gandhiji be impractical when he manipulated British raj so practically? Now what I agree! > Sorry, but every astrologer should also be a good strong warrior and > switch over roles when required.Use the sword when you meet a bad > astrologer who fools people, and use the sword when you meet a bad > man and use the sword whenever you see injustice,Dont run away, You should come to Nagpur city. Few months back here in Nagpur there was a big story about a reputed astrology teacher and Guru of international Jyotish organization, having said to his students to keep distance else face actions from the Underworld dons. The teacher and Guru of Jyotish was confornted by the students who believed in calling spade a spade and not jade when teacher was giving foolish answers to their doubts in the class room. The teacher got annoyed at these students(possibly beacuse students asked some awkward questions) and had a physical fight with the student. Eye witness say that practically they had to drag teacher of jyotish to avoid Khoon Kharaba. So you are right when you say that now a days astrologer must be a good strong warrior. As teachers and Gurus have underworld connections and are eager to use them at the least provocations. Guest guest
Dear, All these great Mens efforts have not been wasted. They have left behind their strong convictions and ideals for us to follow whenever time demands. We have them as real life Heroes and their stories to teach our children, those who did not value their lives in face of adversaries but proved strong for their adversaries in contemporary India which was ruled by Invaders . By wsord I do not mean a real sword. I mean opposing injustice. Do not take that as literally meaning of the term used. But when needed it should also be used in the real sense for protection of family and country. I am sorry I do not have any underworld connections, but have my own God given power and do not need to bank upon these. S.Cghandra Bose was not attacking India but British supremacy. P.Chauhan left his adversay many times as show of compassion which is the hall mark of all good Indians and should be. Mahatma Gandhi was also very violent, in the sense to Himself and his own family members and his followers by subjecting his own body to torture by Fasts etc.But all these men had their own strong positive points too, which we should look upto and not their negatives ones only. M.Gandhi died with the name of " RamRam " on his lips. How many of us can be sure of that when our time comes? I will not discuiss further for fear of being banned from this group for displaying revolutionary ideas and awakening of souls of like minded persons like me. Yours respectfully, Bhaskar. , " Prabodh Vekhande " <amolmandar wrote: > > Dear Bhaskar Namaste > I agree and disagree about what you wrote in your last mail. > > First what I disagree! > > Why to unnecessarily be so rude towards Indian Contemporary History? > > > therefore I prefer to be practical like Shahid Bhagatsingh and > > Subhash Chandra Bose and Vallabh Bhai patel or lala Lajpatrai or > > Rani Jhansi or Prithviraj Chauhan or Shivaji Maharaaj and not > > impractical and misguided misplaced religious like Mahatma Gandhi > > How can Bhagatsingh be practical who opted early end of his life for > his motherland? Guest guest
ll HARE RAM ll Dear Bhaskar Bhai, Ram Ram, To have positive thinking means cowardness.Lord Ram and Lord Krishna were too much positve thinker but were they cowered? On the other hand to be out spoken is the sign of any bravery? Do you know? What Lord Krishna said to Shisupaal when he was abusing him.He warned him " Ok you can abuse me 100 times but if you do cross the said limit,i will kill you. " and he did the same as soon as he crossed the limit. When Gandhi ji,according to you who was responsible for three partitions at that time Sardar patel and Lala Lajpat Rai were alived, why both of them could not be successfully stopped to him? They tried but Desh,Kaal and paristhiti become more important. These are the Sansrit Shlokas that you,me and others advised for suggesting Remedies as Ram Rakshastotram,Narayan Kavach and others. Are these making a person cowered?Durga Saptshati, can make a person cowered? is written in Sankrit. Mostly persons now a days wear Gem stones. Are they do not have proper advices about the same? are they all taking advices from the astrologers of or other Groups.Nearly 90% astrologers do not know about or other Groups. Are they not learned? There is no logic to make difference among the sacrifices of Sardar Bhagat Singh,ChandraShekhar Azad,Jhanshi ki Rani or Shivaji Maharaaj,Gandhi ji and others. All they do his work for the freedom of motherland by their own way with strong dedication. My brother i am unable to understand what & why do you want to say so?What is the meaning behind this? It is my humble request to you plz do not waste your energy. To make sense in any circumstances is the essence of life that makes a person bold and strong. Before giving answer to any one plz read the Chaupaaies of Ramcharitmanas in between the Doha of 79 to 80 of Lankakand.I hope you will respect my words. God bless Shashie Shekhar Bhaskar <bhaskar_jyotish wrote: Dear Shashie Bhai, Ram Ram. No sermons should be wasted on them just to look good or for our image keeping. best wishes, Bhaskar. , Chandrashekhar wrote: > > Dear Shashie Shekhar, > > Thank you for your kind words. > > > > God bless > > Shashie Shekhar > > > > > > Chandrashekhar > > > wrote: > > Dear Anna, > > > > You are too kind. > > > > Take care, > > Chandrashekhar > > > > 108ar wrote: > > > > > > Dear Chandrashekhar, > > > Yes, your father did a good job- as far as I know you've always been > > > very positive- patient, well-wisher, never exaggerating problems. Guest guest
Namaste Sri Bhaskar Before we decide what we have to protect, we have to be clear with the definition of Dharma. Before we decide what we have to change, we have to be clear that it does require change. Before we decide to act, we have to be clear when to act. If on one hand you say Sanskrit Shlokas, which carry the essence of the purpose of Life and explain dharma, are all " bakwaas " , then, what are we trying to protect in our " majority " . If the basis of our culture, our life, our thinking, our jyotish, etc., which is rooted in Shlokas is incorrect, then, why protect? It is important to know what we can change and what we cannot. The person who knows this clearly is considered wise and mature. We may fight all our lives for something only to realize we are fighting with our own shadows. I have seen many examples of " calling a dog mad and shooting it " . Moreover, who decides for the masses? Who gives one the authority to decide for the masses, what is correct for them and what is not? Should we assume this authority? In this group and whole lot of people whom I know and is connected with, fight against injustice. We may do so by the power of words, pen, sword, mantra chanting, studies, etc. This depends upon the time and what needs to be done where. Coming to the principle, which I had stated: When there is no enmity inside, then you wouldn't see anyone as your enemy - This does not mean others won't see you as one. When you are loving, then you wouldn't look outside of yourself for love - This does not mean the entire world may fall in love with you. They may or they may not. Sri Arjuna did tapas for 13 years and intense sadhana for many years to gain weapons and blessings of the lord. It was then, that he fought the Mahabharata war. Sri Chanakya spent all of his childhood and youth in learning of dharma and arthashastra. He, then, groomed, Chandragupta a mere child, to be the future ruler of the country. He defeated the mighty Greeks with his know-how of Dharma and knowing what to protect. Infact, when Sri Chandragupta fought against the Indian soldiers, who fought from Greek side, he wouldn't kill them but instead say that they are our brothers. Through this love, most of the Indian soldiers turned against their Greek masters. I am very happy to note that Sri Shashie has replied to you in a very nice manner. His advise is mature and fitting. I am no one to stop you from fighting or from what you have decided already. However, I do not agree to what you stated. Guest guest
Namaste Sri Bhaskar See, what some people who by the power of Shlokas do: 1. http://www.arpana.org/ashram/ : This is an ashram of national importance and serves more than 1200 villages in Haryana and Punjab. It is transforming people in a major way. 2. http://www.aimforseva.org/ : Launched by Pujya Gurudev Sri Swami Dayanandaji to protect the national culture and to bring focus on Vedic learning. This is a hugely positive reply to the forced conversions or material benefit conversions being executed by idiotic Church " fathers " all over the country. Sri Swami Dayananda has written extensively on how the cultural erosion is being done by the Vatican all over the world and especially in India. 3. You have said North-East is gone. It has gone nowhere. On of our organization trains people from North-East and finds them jobs across the country. More than 1000 people have been trained and recruited. If Politicans and state governments were a little more cooperative, this number could easily be 40,000. There are hundreds and thousands of others who are performing such tasks. We shall end these non-astrological posts now, since they are not adding to any more value to Jyotish.
