A friend of my friend has requested help on her horoscope.

It seems the lady had a divorce and now having Oral Cancer.

 

Analysis and any specific remedy prayers may be advised.

Dear Pradeep,

 

I get 21 degrees 49' Aries lagna. Is that right? I would think the

cancer was detected around the beginning of Jup- Mars period beginning

11.2.2004. If that be so, I would say that some relief can begin after

Jupiter transits Sagittarius. Praying to Mahalaxmi could help the lady.

if she is by any chance wearing an emerald or Coral she should remove that.

Dear All, My father too has been diagnosed prostate cancer - apparently

it has spread to the bones as well. Please have a look and suggest

something. He has had a bypass as well. 23 April, 193823:13Bhiwani,

She said the illness was detected by end of jan 2004.Your analysis

is very accurate -hust off by few days.

 

How did you arrive at Jup-Mars.Kindly share.I can see that Venus a

strong Maraka for Aries lagna is associating Moon and the illness

might have started during Jupiter/Moon?.

Why is jupiter affecting health- being in 8th,in the rashi of lagna

lord and also undergoing parivartana with LL?.Pls share your views.

Saturn deb in lagna is adding to worries.

Dear Sapna,

 

How accurate is his birth time? I get Scorpio Lagna with the data

provided. I would think he is Sagittarius with the medical history given

by you. Could you tell me if he is normally indecisive, with a round

pleasant face and perhaps with some deformity or problems with his upper

front teeth?

Dear Pradeep,

 

The assessment of the period when the problem arose is relatively easy

to find applying the parameters given by the sages. The difference in

dates could be due to the fact that I only considered the dashas to

narrow down the period and did not concentrate much on the transits.

Other reason could be the slight inaccuracy of time of birth.

 

I have always held that in parivartana planets behave as if in their own

house. Another dictum that I agree with is that Jupiter does not protect

the house it occupies if not actually harm it and this harm is greater

the greater is the strength of Jupiter. This led me to Jupiter being

responsible for the health problem and more so as he being the 12th

lord, at one level he is capable of causing harm to the indications of

Ayush that falls under the domain of the 8th bhava. Mars the 8th lord,

becoming similarly powerful, aspects the 3rd which is the area of throat

for Kala purusha and it is occupied by Gulika and Mandi who spread

poison slowly. I then factored in the fact that Jupiter has ruler ship

over glands and growth and having done all this it was obvious that

Jupiter mars could only be the period when this happened, as in 2004

Jupiter was squaring natal Jupiter and transit Saturn (Karaka for the

8th) was occupying the 3rd bhava who was aspecting the transit Jupiter

and getting aspected by natal Saturn.

 

But I could as well have been wrong. So it is only the grace of God that

I could come near the correct time. I pray to the lord that the jataka

does improve at the period that I think he will improve by.

Dear Pradeep,

 

I failed to mention that the 2nd which indicates mouth is aspected by

Jupiter and its lord Venus is in Papa Kartari. I mentioned about throat,

as I think she could have had some trouble there or may get it later and

should be careful about that organ. Of course it could also be her

siblings that could be problematic if throat is okay.

Thanks a lot for the explanation.I was told that,birth time is not

very accurate and can have minor variations.One elder atrologer did

tell me -Gulika is like a drop of buttermilk pourd into a pot full of

milk -spoils everything.

 

In the past too,i have seen many of your predictions coming

true.Especially the personal ones given.

One more doubt- Can stones have significant impact?Seen your view -

Remove stones immediately.I do not have much experience with them and

hence the questions.Also do the ones worn on finger and as earrings

have similar effect.

Dear Pradeep,

 

I look at the gems as supplementing the element that one needs and can

help but is deficient in. So gems of trine lords, especially if not

owning any dusthanas and weak may be worn for primarily correcting one's

reactions under stress. However I have found that wrong gems if worn do

sometimes give physical ailments especially if they are of the planet

lording the 6th or the 8th bhava. So, in case of bodily ailments, I

think the best thing is to remove the gems that could give ill effects,

even if one does not wear one that could give some degree of protection.

 

You are aware that hand has the maximum number of m\nerve endings and

that the left and right side of body is connected to the right and left

lobes of the brain. The two lobes control the emotions, for the left

lobe and motor nerves for the right lobe, generally. So to me it makes

more sense to wear the gems in fingers. Another reason is that in rings

the gem is open on the top and bottom, which appears to make them more

active, whereas in case of them being worn in ear they are generally

covered on the bottom side, which may not make them that potent. Yet,

with perhaps lesser intensity, even gems worn in ear will also show

their effects.
