You should take them into consideration in making your decision. In my opinion, you can get married to your lover after he has finalized the divorce proceedings from his first marriage. However, you should consult with a jyotishi to determine if you are compatible with your lover in terms of marriage. You should be aware that your chart shows you have kujadosha. Therefore, it is advisable that your partner or lover should have an equivalent dose of kujadosha. If all of these conditions are met, you should have a fairly stable and meaningful relationship.
