PS

Since the Vedic Chaitra Shukla Paksha starts on February 26, 2009,

the Full Moon i.e. Purnima prevailing at Pradosha (one hour after sunset) preceding

that New Moon is the real Phalguna Shukla Purnima, which is the actual day of Holika

Dahan. The next day after that is Dulheri. As such, the world

famous festival of colours is actually on February 9-10, 2009.
