Yes, I have downloaded in the section called "files" a few pages of the

book, Transits calendar. It's

under: "seasons of the stars".

Thank you for your caution. I know what you mean. When I first started studying Jyotish over 22

years ago, now, I was surprised by all the people I'd run into who told me they

got incorrect or faulty predictions from all the big names in Astrology. I resolved even back then, to try and find an

area that I could be more certain in.

What I found was that Jyotish is especially good at predicting what a person

will be like.

As you undoubtably already know, our

charts express very clearly what our strengths and weaknesses will be. This is very significant because then, we can

be right away focused on important remedies to heal or develop those weakened or

underdeveloped, malefic planets.

After about 2 years studying Jyotish I then

came across the Transits. Even after 2

or 3 months I saw clearly that nature herself, the world, our environments are

literally living all the rules of Jyotish.

For example, Jyotish says that Saturn will

be influencing not only planets that are in the same sign or house where Saturn

is, but also aspecting and influencing planets that are 3 houses away. So, Saturn's in Leo, now. This mean's when the Moon goes into Leo, we

can expect a predictable Saturn and Moon collision or what Jyotish calls a

planetary war!

And, that's what happens, recently Moon in

fact was in Leo, colliding with Saturn.

And, many of students wrote in to confirm with me that this indeed was a

very rough transit for them!

Of course, each person experienced this

similar transit in their own personal way.

So, in my Transits Book-Calendar I've

learned to describe in general enough terms how every one can be forewarned to

look out for especially the Unfavorable Transits coming up.

 

I also encourage people to discover for

themselves, which of nature's cycles tend to act malefically and which one's

positively.

 

Today, I can say I've done a chart for each

day for over 20 years, now and it's an amazing thing to get good at being able

to predict what the future will be like!

 

But, you're right, the responsibility for

doing astrology is very great!

 

Finally, when I first started studying

astrology I came across a quote from Parashar:

King of Astrolgoy.

 

In his classic book: "Hora Astrology" he says if you do Jyotish

poorly, you'll come back as the worst kind of (toad, my word) in your next

life!" So, yes it is a very serious

karma we've all advanced in.

 

But, if we have the best intentions, and

especially find ourselves helping others understand their own stars; then we

can do justice to this great knowledge and wisdom!

so do a prashna b4 u procced and see intentions of the queriest .If out of

compassion if u jump to help some one it will b described or intreprented as

that astrologers cannot see truth or astro is fraud ,tomorrow ur predictions

will see print as foolish or wrong prediction.

so always take caution ,which is another head ache these days for sincere

astrologers .

i know u can do better and u hav deep knowledge too

but some one can giv us wrong charts acting like own chart and may b those fellows realy may b suffering too .

so sastras itself told us to b careful abt non blvers and esp with this kind of psudo ppl .

i remebr one case -i was with a frnd and was visiting a v old astrologer in kerala as he has some old manuscripts with him and i wanted to hav a look .so 2 young men came there and giv a birth time to that astrologer who is in his 90s (perumbezhuthur gopalan gurukkal ) and asked him to make birth chart and giv him rs100 as advance .I first find some diffrnt color in that astrologers face .suddnly he took a stick which he uses while he walking and he got furious and made 2 circle in sand and ask them to come and stand there .I dont know by magic those ppl where acting like puppets and shivering .As if they were under some spell and he was also uttering some thing gibberish and they become so afraid and he asked them "is this not birthtime of puppies that ur dog has delivered and there is 4 babies" ,so giv me 400 rs .so they took out money and giv him and pleaded they wanted to go and will never again hurt someone like this .

and he allowed them to go ,they were followers of some atheist grp .

and he explained me ( not in details ) how to find viyoni janma and how it is explained in hora tho many many big names in india dont understood it fully .

 

he was considered as walking encyclopedia in astrology .A man who still liv like a hermit still dont wear shirt or even chappals even when he goes for big functions when invited .

he was a regular invitee in many many astrologers group meetings and even gr8 sanskrit scholar so many ppl visit him to get deep meaning and get some old texts read and explained .

Dear Mark,

I am offering my view on your stand about astrology which you wrote

to some member. I hope you will continue your interaction.

So, after studying 22 years you could find about the correctness of

prediction about personality (person will be like). But any

conclusion drawn by you on the basis of any sign or planet is merely

a psychological truth. Thus if you say that some one is intelligent,

then every one will feel that he is intelligent.

If you say that importance is not being given to some one then every

one will feel that yes.

If you say that some one is not satisfied with present status then

every one will feel that yes.

I can add many more such socalled personality prediction without even

referring a horoscope. And every reader will say that it is right. It

will not be out of place to mention that I have devoted a full

chapter about " your forecast " in my book. Every reader is satisfied

with such prediction.

If you want to try then you can say personality prediction of a

particular sign (or any other system which you follow) to any other

sign and ask the person concern about the difference and % of

matching.

Strength and weakness are the subsequent development of a person

according to atmosphere, surrounding, education, profession, genetic

etc. and it has nothing to do with charts. If Americans are best

swimmer or Indians are best criketer or Chinese are best in table

tennis or a particular community is hot tempered another community is

cool tempered and so on then where is the effect of chart.

So you want to say that every person must have his set of

combination, principle, transit etc. for concluding some thing. Thus

astrology is more personal then uniform. If it is personal then where

is the affect of basic principle like sign lord, dasha, aspect etc..

Thanks for your observation and glad to know that you are using Vedic

astrology since last 22 years. >>>> doing astrology over many years

Ved has nothing to do with predictive astrology? Don't you think that

you have been pushed in wrong direction by some cunning astrologer,

long back, and you are only believing due to psychological affect or

blind faith?

 

If some thing appears to match, I repeat appears to match >>>>

astrology is very easily scientifically verifiable! ……..my eastern

chart, do fit me to a tee!<<<<<

with your condition then it does not mean that it is scientifically

verifiable.

horoscope per day (22*365 >= 7000). Then you must definitely have

some good collection of predictive principle. Will you please

intimate at least One or more principle which in your opinion is

correct. But remember result must be absolute and not vague or with

psychological mixing. I mean to say that you may intimate any

principle by which you can predict that

 

1 any horoscope belongs to Male or Female, because sex has very vital

role in the life of some one (through out the world and in all

religion), and it affect whole sequence of event.

2 When he will be married or just have sexual relationship. Do planet

knows that it is marriage and it is sexual relationship without

marriage?

3 How many marriages. Because in India we have mostly only one

marriage and one partner for sexual relationship, where as Muslim

countries have mostly more then one marriages at a time and western

countries may mostly have more then one marriage (one by one) at a

time but mostly have many partner for sexual relationship. So how any

planet who is responsible for marriage know and affect as to who may

have to lead with one wife, who may with more wives and who may have

one by one many wives.

4 How many childrens (male or female) and when. How planet

differentiate that a tribal man or osama may have more children then

most of the persons of the world.

5 About his Education, profession, Finance and ofcourse about his

death.

 

Do have any definite principle or you have a set of principles like

1- So and so time is not good or good. Now such predictions are not

predictions at all. Because how a time may be bad, when your body is

intact, your house is intact, your family is intact, your education

is intact. But such sentence can only lead any person to magnify his

problem and may confirm that his time is bad.

2- You are not getting according to your knowledge. Now every person

is not satisfied with, what he has. So he may just confirm. This is

only psychology.

Thus all I repeat all predictions are psychological or if not then

they are randomly correct, which has noting to do with science or ved.

his sign 12 times a month and about 150 times in a year of 365 days.

Sun =12 times, Mercury = 36 times, Venus =20 times, Mars = 8 times,

Jupiter = 1 time. Thus you have about 230 days with change in sign

and some more changes due to retrograde motion. Thus when you have

about 240 changes in 360 days means 2 changes per 3 days then you can

very easily link any incident with any transit. But Yes, If you have

some logical transit with their affect. Then you may come forward.

This reply may also be link with combination of planets (like >>>>>,

Mars and Saturn collided<<<<<< or >>>> Sun moved through Leo where

Saturn is right now, and also

collided with it. <<<<< or >>>>> Venus and Mercury are found in

You may know that weather is creation of direct affect of Sun and

Moon and there is no involvement of any other planet. Moon has only

gravitational affect by which only Sea is affected in the form of

tide. Sun is responsible for creating Heat, which is directly related

with weather cycle. But how there such affect can decide my

education, marriage, children, death and so on.

raised many questions related to formulation of basic principles of

refer in file section or 1st msg of the forum). So far (since last 5

years after publication of my books) I am not able to get a single

answer from any astrologer from East to West. Because all principles

were formulated on primitive knowledge, and detailed procedure is

available in my book. So you have to scientifically or logically

answer as to how you think that Venus or any planet is debilitated in

a sign, and that concept still hold good.

 

I hope you will come forward with your more pointed reply and may not

take rest in silence zone. As most of the astrologers, when they do

not have any logical, scientific answer, then they prefer silence so

that their business may not be affected. I have created this forum

only with a view so that their business and their clients may not be

affected and they can smoothly run their exploiting business. But

when they say that astrology is science or Vedic then I have every

right to ask them.

 

I have changed the subject for proper linking and summarizing in

Remember nothing is personal and it is academic discussion.
