Most of the India related info is from B Raman. The Russian President failed to congratulate Mr Obama or even to mention him by name during his 85-minute state of the nation address televised live across Russia. "An Iskander missile system will be deployed in the Kaliningrad region to neutralise if necessary the anti-ballistic missile system in Europe," Mr Medvedev said in his first state-of-the- nation address. His announcement prompted a burst of applause from government ministers and parliamentary deputies assembled in the Kremlin. He did not say whether the short-range missiles would carry nuclear warheads. Mr Medvedev also canceled earlier plans to withdraw three intercontinental ballistic missile regiments from western Russia. He added that Russia was also ready to deploy its navy and to install electronic jamming devices to interfere with the US shield, which involves the deployment of a radar station in the Czech Republic and 10 interceptor missiles in Poland. Instead, in a criticism directed at the US, Mr Medvedev declared: "Mechanisms must be created to block mistaken, egoistical and sometimes simply dangerous decisions of certain members of the international community." He accused the West of seeking to encircle Russia and blamed the US for encouraging Georgia's "barbaric aggression" in the war over South Ossetia in August. He issued a warning that Russia would "not back down in the Caucasus". "The August crisis only accelerated the arrival of the crucial moment of truth. We proved, including to those who had been sponsoring the current regime in Georgia, that we are strong enough to defend our citizens and that we can indeed defend our national interests," Mr Medvedev said. "What we've had to deal with in the last few years - the construction of a global missile defence system, the encirclement of Russia by military blocs, unrestrained NATO enlargement and other 'gifts'... The impression is we are being tested to the limit." ISRAEL AIRSTRIKE:FIRST ATTACK SINCE JUNE TRUCEIsrael assaults Gaza with an airstrike, the first battle with Palestinians since a truce was declared in June. Sending a signal upon the selection of Obama? Vilna'i explained that the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) operation overnight Tuesday was made to counter "an immediate threat." A military source added that the attack tunnel was ready for "imminent use," describing it as a "ticking tunnel" for the purpose of kidnapping soldiers. The IDF accused Hamas of jeopardizing the truce by digging the tunnel and plotting to abduct more Israeli soldiers in the immediate future. "The tunnel we uncovered was ready for imminent use, forcing us to act immediately, " the military source said. "We did not know where the other end of the tunnel surfaced. In light of the intelligence we received about its immediate use, plans for special forces to enter Gaza this evening after sundown were approved," he added. Obama’s Support to Kashmir Terrorists surprising It was surprising that the US Presidential- Elect Barrack Obama has expressed support for Kashmiri separatists who are in the forefront of terrorism in India. The Kashmiri terrorists have grabbed the support with both hands...it brings out an attitude of trading of terrorism in Afghanisthan with terrorism in India. This is completely unacceptable. It goes against the current tough stand US has been taking against terrorism. India will also put a question mark on Colin Powell, who was particularly not well disposed towards India during the first term of Bush when Powell was the Secretary of State. It was only after he was replaced by Rice as the Secretary of State that Indo-US relations really started moving forward to acknowledge the importance of India as a major power on par with China. Concerns over Pakistani sensitivities ceased. General Anthony Zinni (former C-in-C, Central Command) is an unknown quantity in India. He has many friends in Pakistan’s Armed Forces. Obama's pronouncements on India and Pakistan, which were music to the ears of people in India in the initial months of the campaign, became jarring during the closing days of the campaign. But as the campaign reached its culmination, he started speaking of the Kashmir issue in a language, which reminded one of the language of the past. Obama’s entourage and Gen. David H.Petraeus, former Commander of the Multi-National Force in Iraq, who took over as the Commander of the US Central Command on October 31 and is presently on a visit to Pakistan and Afghanistan, have one thing in common---- they listen a lot to the assessments and recommendations of Ahmed Rashid, the Pakistani analyst. In fact, Petraeus has reportedly nominated Ahmed Rashid and Shuja Nawaz, the author of the recently published book on the Pakistan Army called “Crossed Swords”, as members of a brains trust to advise him on a new strategy towards Afghanistan and Pakistan. Ahmed Rashid has been arguing for some months now that the Pakistan Army cannot be expected to co-operate wholeheartedly with the US Armed Forces unless there is a forward movement in settling the Kashmir issue and India is pressured to cut down its presence in Afghanistan. There were not many takers for his arguments in the Bush Administration. But they have already started influencing the thinking of many who are close to Obama. Will he exercise pressure on India on the Kashmir issue and its role in Afghanistan after he takes over or will he let his pre-election remarks remain without follow up action? This is a question which should worry Indian policy-makers. Obama is unlikely to to the wisdom of building up India as a counter to China. That was the unstated wisdom behind the policies of the Bush Administration towards India. We may could see a slow-down in Indo-US co-operation in nuclear matters. Under Bush, Indo-US relations developed like never before because he was a great admirer of India and was convinced of the need to encourage the emergence of India as a major Asian power on par with China. Obama has so far not given any indication of a similar admiration and conviction. Barring John F.Kennedy, other Democratic Presidents were not very positive towards India. They always thought of India tactically and not strategically. There was a new page in Indo-US relations under Bush. With the return of a Democrat to the White House, the anti-Indian US Democratic advisers are back. Their views are no different from those of the like of Pakistani analyst Ahmed Rashid. We should not hesitate to make it clear to the new administration that while we are as keen as before to strengthen our strategic relations with the US, this cannot be at the expense of our vital national interests in matters like Kashmir and Afghanistan. US must not violate Iranian airspace: Iran Army The United States forces in Iraq on Wednesday, November 5th were cautioned against violation of Iranian airspace. "Iran will respond to any violation to its airspace, said the Command Headquarters of the Armed Forces in a statement directed at the US army commanders in Iraq. The Iran Military released the statement following cases of US helicopter flights near Iran's border areas. "American army helicopters are now flying a short distance from Iranian border areas and it is likely to violate Iranian airspace," said the statement. "Iran's armed forces will respond to any violation," it stressed calling on the US army commanders in Iraq to "change the route of the helicopter flights".Obama's election will change Taiwan-U.S. relations for the worseSeveral lawmakers of the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) expressed concerns Tuesday that the election of Barack Obama as the next president of the United States will change Taiwan-U.S. relations. Kuan Bi-ling, deputy whip of the DPP legislative caucus, explained that the Republican Party has viewed China as more of a threat, while the Democratic Party has tended to see China in more favorable terms."The Republicans have leaned more toward Taiwan, while the Democrats have leaned more toward China, " Kuan said. "Now that Obama has been elected, unless President Ma Ying-jeou actively displays an intention to procure new arms from the United States, I'm afraid Taiwan's national defenses will weaken, " Tsai said. Judging from history, there is some cause for concern about Obama's Pro-China Stance.Barack Obama would further sideline Taipei as he courts Beijing. McCain has said he would approve future arms sales to Taiwan, a topic that draws Beijing's ire, including a controversial F-16 jet fighter package. Obama has been less explicit onthe issue. "It's hard to predict what the Obama administration will do," said Derek Mitchell, Asia director at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington think tank. "McCain and his people have more of a supportive record on Taiwan." CHINA ELATED OVER OBAMA WIN Delight at Barack Obama's victory reached China yesterday - and even spilled over into the state media. "Like American people on the other side of the Pacific, we are elated, too, at the landslide win of Democrat Barack Obama," said a commentary in the English-language China Daily newspaper. However, "elated" was later toned down to "excited"; perhaps to reflect the official doctrine of non-interference in other countries' affairs. Few remarked on how the election reflected on China's own political system. But one blogger observed: "Broadcast the entirety of Obama's speech upon winning with subtitles on CCTV-1 [the main state channel], and the Chinese people will realize the advantages of democracy." A majority of Muslims, across the Middle East, supported Democratic U.S. presidential candidate Barak Obama in Tuesday's contest against Republican John McCain. But,Edward Yeranian reported from Cairo, most Christians in Lebanon and Egypt appeared to favor McCain. Dr. Hassan Nafae, who is professor of political science at Cairo University and heads the Amman-based Arab Thought Forum, says that Obama is the clear favorite of the Arab public. "I think there is no question at all that most Arab people in all the region support Barak Obama. In Lebanon, many Christians say that they favor McCain over Obama, because McCain will better represent their interests. OSAMA TO TEST OBAMA? Watch for Upcoming revelations re al Qaeda’s plan to test the mettle of the incoming US president Barack Obama by opening a third anti-US war front in the Horn of Africa - in addition to the raging conflicts in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Details of Osama bin Laden’s ticking, third-front bombshell will be revealed on Friday. This is most likely a grab for Africa in the name of fighting terror. SOURCE SAYS OBAMA'S BEEN TOLD BY HIS "OWNERSTO AFRICA YOUNG MAN" - WAR MEANS MONEY The next batch of globalist wars will be fought in the countries of Africa. With Obama as president, his financial backers like, Soros will command him to 'respond' to attacks in Africa. If he refused there would be consequences. A white president carrying out such acts would not set well with American Blacks. Keep an eye on Africa. To be honest, Obama doesn't make us sleep well at night:Israelis Obama has raised concerns in Israel that he will be more sympathetic to the Palestinians than was Bush.``To be honest, Obama doesn't make us sleep well at night,'' Eitan Haber, who was a senior aide and negotiator for former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, wrote in the Yediot Ahronot newspaper last month. ``We are about to see a president who has nothing to do with Judaism, Jews, and the State of Israel.'' In Barack Obama, Israelis are bracing for a president who may not be so accommodating. In spite of the onslaught of Editorials From Famous Jewish Obama Apologists, exit polls (themselves the subject of some controversy) showed that Americans in Israel (less than a quarter of whom were registered Republicans) voted for McCain over Obama by an overwhelming 76% to 24% margin. Israel's security was further bolstered during the Bush years by US diplomatic support at the UN, particularly under the stewardship of a true friend of Israel, Ambassador John Bolton - whose nomination was vigorously opposed and ultimately torpedoed by both Obama and Biden. Just what "change" should we expect on this front, especially as Obama is committed to increasing US coordination of foreign policy with the EU and UN? The recent statement by Rev. Jesse Jackson, whose son is co-chairman of the Obama campaign, may well be portentous: "Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades" will "lose a great deal of their clout when Barack Obama enters the White House." Well, we suppose that constitutes "change." If the opinion polls are right, Israel and the United States are on a collision course. The predicted election victories of Barack Obama for the US presidency and Binyamin Netanyahu in next February's elections here promise a return of the frosty relations when Bill Clinton was in the White House and Netanyahu had his disastrous first term in the Israeli Prime Minister's Office. Dr. Samir Thaki, Syria’s top negotiator in the indirect talks with Israel brokered by Turkey. He played a shadowy but firm role in those talks under Obama’s policy guideline to back Damascus’ push for a complete Israel withdrawal from the Golan. This ultimatum kept the Bush administration from backing those negotiations. If Israel’s transitional prime minister Ehud Olmert goes along with this line – he is still weighing the option - it would represent Israel’s biggest concession ever to an Arab state and hamper the chances of his successor, foreign minister Tzipi Livni, to lead their Kadima party to victory in Israel’s February 10, 2009 general election. Israel’s opposition has said it would not be bound by any such concessions. However its endorsement by Obama, if he is elected US president, would represent his first step for ushering in his new Middle East policy based on drawing Damascus out of its alliance with Iran. Israel would then find itself on a collision course with Washington in the early days of a potential Obama presidency. IF ISRAEL WERE TO GIVE UP THE GOLAN HEIGHTS EVERY INCH OF ISRAEL WOULD BE OPEN TO MISSILE ATTACKS FROM SYRIA. IN FACT ISRAEL TOOK THE GOLAN HEIGHTS FORM SYRIA IN ORDER TO STOP THE REPEATED ATTACKS SYRIA HAD BEEN ENGAGING IN. ONCE ISRAEL TOOK THEM THERE HAVE BEEN NO ATTACKS AND ISRAEL COULD BUT DOES NOT USE THEM TO ATTACK SYRIA. OBAMA SUPPORTS RETURNING THESE STRATEGIC AND PROTECTIVE HEIGHTS TO SYRIA.So what pattern do we see now that Obama has been installed as US President?Israel worriedArabs PleasedTaiwan ConcernedChina ElatedIndia Nervous-Times of India Print Edition Nov 5 2008 (India Better Watch Out!)Anti-Indian Terrorists EnthusedIndia Cautious Pakistan OptimisticIraq Mixed EmotionsIran Issues WarningEU-Europe Overjoyed (EU Controlled NATO-Conquerd Afghanistan and Kosovo and is Sorrounding RussiaRussia Prepares for WarAl Qaeda Prepares for War in East AfricaWhat else do we see in this pattern? Each country that is worried (besides Russia and Iran) have been long standing champions of freedom, human rights and democracy. Russia has now been a Democracy for nearly 20 years and Iran has not invaded anyone for centuries whereas Iraq invaded Iran in the 1980s. India was invaded by Pakistan 5 times and China twice. Taiwan is the last remaining bastion fo ancient Chinese culture and traditions and is under constant threat by the Genocidal Chinese Military. Isreal has been invaded by everyone of its neighbors repeatedly and holds onto lands that were used as launching pads for those invasions. Since Controlling those lands Israel has not been invaded. Thus the advent of Islamist terror tactics. Europe under the EU has invaded Serbia, Afghanistan, has operations in Africa as well and has slowly but surely sorrounding Russia and planting missiles targetting Russia along its borders. Now that the EU has their man Obama in office, ( Mccain's anti-Russian stance was the only thing he had in common with Obama in this regard) the message is clear. The Russians responded accordingly. With a control of the entire US government the EU agent George Soro's controlled Democratic party now has free reign. The countries elated with the Obama victory, China, the Arab Nations, Pakistan, Anti-Indian Kashmiri Terrorists and the EU all have Israel and India in their crossfire. After more than 60 years of US support for Israel the tide has turned. The Demands of the Eurabia Alliance and Money manipulators of London will be met. People tend to lump Iran into the Islamic nexus but they forget that Shia Islam is a primary target of Saudi's Wahabi power structure. For all the theories about the US wanting to hit Iran...Nothing came of it.The British Powers have never forgiven Israel and vengeance for the Bombing of the King David Hotel and other acts that forced the British out of Palestine has now come. The same for India. As soon as India achieced independance, British led Pakistani troops invaded Kashmir. However they were ignomously defeated and sent back. British schemes to force Hyderbad in South India to become a part of Pakistan were thwarted by quick action of Sardar Patel who convinced the Nizam of Hyderbad to remain a part of India. The Three 'I' Nations of Israel, India and Iran may be in trouble with the US now firmly in the control of the EU/UN Syndicate. Change has come indeed. But what kind of change? The signs do not look good. Only Time Will Tell.
